Upkeep is going downhill, broken tiles, Landscape not taken care of like in the past. Overpriced for now ocean view. However what’s not to love about St Pete. I understand they are to be torn down in December. We have many great memories in the Lazy Lemon over the years. Our favorite condo we didn’t get this time. HATE TO SEE IT DEMOLIiSHED. !

Great location!

Enjoyed our stay. Pool was very refreshing. Neighborhood was just enough off the hustle and bustle of the main drag but close enough to walk just about anywhere. The cottage was very spacious and everything worked. It was a bit dated, but honestly we were very satisfied in every way. The beach is as nice as you will find anywhere. Several very good options for eating and drinking.

My family and I were not satisfied with the cleanliness of this rental; the floors blackened our feet within one hour of walking in the house, and the pots and pans in the kitchen were too off-putting that we went to Target to buy our own pot/sheet pan/etc to get us through the week. One of the room's air conditioner units did not cool the room properly, while the other two rooms' units did work. I did not realize that the laundry machine and dryer are shared with the rental next door and not in our own rental, so that is worth noting for others to be aware of. The most positive things about the experience were that the host responded to our communication in a timely manner and that it is only 3 blocks/5 minute walk to the beach. Overall we definitely would have preferred a cleaner and more updated rental experience.

We had a lovely stay at Orange Blossom Cottage in Clearwater Beach for 4 nights. The cottage does require some updating. The windows still have metal frames and in the bathroom this was particularly noticeable that these needed replacing as they had completely rusted over and could not be opened. Otherwise, the cottage was clean and comfortable. We didn't use the pool area which was small but functional.

The properties are very well kept and have pools as well. The location is key. Two short blocks away from the beach. Everything in walking distance.

Easy to find, check in, and parking was easily accessible.

The location of this place is perfect! You can walk to pretty much anything. You are 2 blocks from the beach access, and even closer to the strip where you can go out to eat, have drinks, go sailing, go fishing, or anything else you wish to do.

Very easy to rent this property very close to all the shops and the beach in clearwater perfect perfect perfect location definitely come back..

We had a wonderful stay at the orange blossom cottage. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was great for making meals and although I was nervous because the bathroom was not pictured, it was in perfect shape. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool right outside our door was great!

The location was wonderful! We loved being across from the community center where I could pay $3 to use the gym and my boys could use the basketball courts. It was a very short walk to the beach and all the stores and restaurants. The pool was also so great to have. I would love to come back again and ask more family members if they would come and stay in the connecting condos.

Very nice vacation property in a great location. Close to the beach and all that Clearwater Beach has to offer. The owners were very attentive and personable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Thoroughly enjoyed the pool and cottage and it was just a few blocks to Clearwater Beach and the restaurants and nightlife.

We had a wonderful week. The pool was warm and was the main attraction for our kids (8 & 6). We walked to the beach every evening for sunset, and had an easy drive to state parks and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. The unit was clean and spacious for us. The only thing we didn't have that I didn't anticipate was shampoo, but CVS was a quick walk. Highly recommend and would love to go back!

The location of this property is fantastic for access to the beach and all of the North beach stores and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Within a few mins walking distance to beautiful sunsets on the beach and so many other downtown activities, food, shopping and Pier 60. It's a perfect, quiet and secluded location which makes you feel like you're in your own little private oasis AWAY from street traffic, hustle & bustle of any nightlife & noisy neighbors. We preferred this atmosphere even more than the (less crowded) beach this time of year, but I still recommend watching the incredibly gorgeous sunset on the beach at least once and walking Pier 60! December weather was still sunny and in the 80's every day. Neighbors were friendly. The cottage was quiet and provided for all our needs. Easy access to parking right out front. We felt safe with the entry code and deadbolt system and never wanted for anything. We shopped at the local Publix grocery store ( within 5 mins) A little on the expensive side, but a decent selection. We made simple meals 3x's/day to keep without our budget and the kitchen was stocked to our liking. I would recommend bringing something to measure smaller ounces if you'd like to make your own Pina Coladas poolside, unless you're an expert eye-baller :) Beds were incredibly comfortable and we each got the best nights sleep. More than plenty beach towels, beach chairs, and towels/washcloths. Laundry facility was super easy. Great water pressure in the shower/bath. No maintenance issues or critters. So clean! Easy access to text communication with Teresa... and her husband Max, was also friendly and there every day to keep care of things. Wifi for work was great- no issues.. Everything was perfect! Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay longer. We arrived late at check-in on Monday, due to traffic, and checkout at 11:00 am Friday came sooner than expected. Teresa welcomed us to stay after we checked out a little longer to enjoy the pool until it was time to head home again. We'll definitely return. Thank you again, Max & Teresa! PS- Tarpon Springs is a nice little 30ish min drive north and fun little town to visit. We enjoyed the Greek food and even found a Moluccan Cockatoo rescue parrot to hold while walking around. A store owner was collecting donations to contribute to her rescue organization to which we contributed because.... well- we LOVE animals!

We came to Clearwater for Thanksgiving week. Everything was perfect. Super cute decor, clean and a step back in time with the bungalow style living. We have nothing but positive to review and a memory to hold onto forever.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay a lot. The only problem was the wifi. There were some days that Wi-Fi didn’t work . Everything else was great.

We have stayed here before and we love it. Teresa and Max are always nice and have everything ready for you when you arrive. We love hanging by the pool when we are not on the beach. Great location with plenty of privacy! Cannot wait to visit again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Orange Cottage. The accommodations and offerings in the house were very nice and perfect for a getaway with kids. The pool was of course a huge hit and very nice to relax. The location doesn't get much better. It is close enough to walk everywhere yet just off the very busy road. The hosts, Teresa and Max were very helpful as well. I will be coming back!
