The cottage was pretty much as advertised, was comfortable but had some maintenance issues that surprised us. Ceiling fan/lights not working in bedrooms, living room tv not operating, and the cottage needed a more thorough cleaning. Our host was very nice and stopped by several times to bring batteries and take a look at our concerns. The pools were quite nice! I would stay here again if I knew repairs had been made.

Quiet location close to everything. Comfortable beds, Clean rooms and nice pool. James is quick to respond to questions. An older property which I like, everything is ground level. Unfortunately, places like this are harder to find with all the mega hotels going up, but this area of CB is old school Florida, which is just fine to me. If you’re looking for something ritzy, go somewhere else.

Well maintained, everything you need, great location and loved the pool when not going to the beach. Would definately stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this charming, immaculate cottage in North Beach. Easy self check-in, great parking, close to beach and numerous restaurants as well as Pier 60. James responded quickly to our questions. Last, but not least, the heated pool was a definite plus!

What a charming place! We loved every minute here. Everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided. We would definitely consider an annual visit to this wonderful cottage!

We absolutely love staying here. When you get there parking well there is plenty of it. You get out and it's so peaceful and beautiful. As you walk to your front door you have a feeling of omg I never want to leave this place. You go inside and your like oh yeah I'm staying here forever lol. The bedrooms are perfect the beds are very comfortable with nice closet space. The bathroom is nice. The kitchen and living room is all you could ever want and ask for. Fully stocks with everything you need. Then you walk out back. Omg and I say again omg. It's absolutely gorgeous outback at the pool area. All the trees and flowers and plenty of space to move around while grilling out. God I love it there. By the way it's affordable. Oh and please please don't destroy these cottages to build some horrible monstrosity. This place is loved by everyone I spoke with that was staying there. I myself have stayed twice and will continue to stay there. We love it there.

This was our first time to Clearwater Beach and we couldn’t have picked a better location to rent. Two minute walk to beach, 1 minute to the public swimming pool and only minutes to Pier 60. Lots of restaurants to choose from all within walking distance. The cottage provided all the necessities with a pool right off the master bedroom. James was great to deal with and answered all our queries during our stay. Can’t wait to return.

This home was clean and organized. The perfect distance to the beach. It was quiet and comfortable. And it has a pool in the back! The hosts are superb in communicating everything with us! I’d definitely rent this again !

What a gem! The location, the property, the owners! A very short walk to the beach and bay, quiet, clean place and safe neighborhood , comfortable beds, kitchen stocked sufficiently for cooking own meals. We had no car so ordered delivery of grocery from Publix. The owners are very friendly and thoughtful and allowed us to safely store our bags after check out so we could enjoy more time on the beach before catching our flight. The pool was clean and warm. Everything was superb!

The charming little cottage we stayed at(Lazy Lemon) was clean and delightful. It was a short walk to the beach and downtown area. The pool was awesome. We would definitely revisit. Teresa and her husband were very helpful and pleasant.

We stayed at the Lazy Lemon and it was just as the pics showed. Great place, hosts had thought of everything we would need to make our stay there comfortable. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Would have like to use the pool but we spent our time at the beach. Pool area was great. Loved having a washer/dryer to use. Hosts also had lots of pertinent info available for us about the area. Keyless locks are great! Nothing to lose while on the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to the beach and the shops and pier. Our cottage was very clean and we enjoyed walking out our bedroom door to the pool area.

My husband, 2 daughters in college and high school, and I just completed our stay at the fantastic Lazy Lemon. Because of an approaching tropical storm and just my family's attachment to their devices (wi-fi worked great!), we spent quite a bit of time in the cottage, which was spacious, airy, immaculate, and lovely. Plenty of storage. Ceiling fans in every room, plus 2 box fans and the a/c worked really well. Comfortable beds. While the cottage actually shared walls with another renter, I never heard anything from other guests. The cottage was super quiet. Offstreet parking a few steps from the entrance. Keypad on door lock was very easy to use. Beautifully-landscaped. Bring a power strip if you can. Teresa greeted us when we arrived and reassured us as Elsa approached. She also answered questions throughout the process. LOVED being able to walk to almost everything! 10 minutes or less to walk to the beach. 10-15 minute walk to numerous restaurants. Our favorites were Clear Sky Beachside Cafe and the Salty Crab. The food at Palm Pavilion was average, but we enjoyed being right on the beach with live music. Underwhelmed by Marina Cantina. 15-20 minutes to Pier 60 and the marina. Publix grocery is a short drive, but the prices were a bit shocking (and I visited from the Washington, DC area). Our local relative recommended Winn Dixie for lower prices. The gulf water is warm and mostly calm and shallow a long ways out, helpful if you have small children. If you like artisan crafts and street performers, definitely check out the Sunset Festival at Pier 60. Many shops for beach supplies within walking distance. Our daughters found the Clearwater Aquarium to be more of a museum than an aquarium. We drove to pub trivia on Monday night at Clear Sky Draught House, and Celebration Station, which has go carts, arcade, miniature golf (bring a drink, it's HOT out there!), laser tag, and our vacation family favorite - bumper boats! Also had a blast on the Sea Screamer speed boat - the music was so well-themed and exhilarating! I would stay at Lazy Lemon or another cottage in the complex again without hesitation!

It was our second time staying at the Lazy Lemon and it again was just wonderful - it's our favorite place on Clearwater Beach. Teresa and Max are terrific hosts and their places are immaculate and so welcoming. Just steps away from the beach and our favorite beach bar and the courtyard with the pools are lovely to hang out and relax. The minute you walk in, you'll feel at home and we love the quieter north beach location. Still, you're going to be in the heart of Clearwater Beach and the Pier within a short walk. We'll be back for sure!

Very clean property & is as described in pictures. Close to beach & restaurants. My husband & I walked to both. Nice heated pools with patio furniture steps out from your cottage. Would highly recommend for a stress free vacation.

My husband and I recently stayed in the Lazy Lemon cottage while in town for medical treatments. Well kept units and grounds offer up a quit base to relax, with a pool steps outside our door set in a tranquil, quiet surroundings. Walking distance to Beach, restaurants and shopping. Max and Teresa are wonderful hands on owners. We look forward to staying again soon and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We stayed for a week and I'm so sorry I couldn't stay longer. The place is beautiful. Absolutely clean. There is everything you need for perfect vacation. And the location is crazy! Literally steps from the beach. Can't wait to come back.
