Bed in bedroom was very uncomfortable, too soft. We’ve stayed here before but there was a door to the bathroom, now just a curtain. Highly recommended door be reinstalled.

Breakfast is an easy 1 block away, so, we walked. Very light traffic and no bad actors. The full time neighbors were very nice and Lindsey should be very happy with them. Lindsey is very easy to contact and more than accommodating. The house is very clean and kitchen is appointed well.

This is the cutest little house! It was a weekend get away with 2 of my best girlfriends. Celebrating a birthday and just getting away from home to relax! Loved it!

Nice little cottage. Perfect for our weekend getaway. Right in the middle of all the local activities the seawall, the strand, museums. Would definitely stay again.

We loved everything except for the bedroom mattress and the missing door on the laundry room/bathroom area. The lack of privacy in the bathroom was difficult, especially for our adolescent son. I would still recommend this cute little beach cottage! The location, the cute fenced in yard (with outdoor lounging and grilling amenities), and kind nextdoor neighbors made our stay extra nice!

I enjoyed a long relaxing weekend at the beach cottage. The kitchen is set up for cooking meals and the proximity to The Strand is conducive to eating at one of the many restaurants. I walked to the beach and enjoyed sitting in the private yard. I would stay again!

We stayed in this cottage for 5 days. My Husband (32), Myself (31), Our son (11), and our mid-size Borador dog and our Chihuahua. There was PLENTY of room and so cozy. For all you Type A personalities, your going to love this VRBO. This gal thought of everything AND labeled everything! ( I think I may have fallen in love with someone I've never met!) It was so convenient and left no room for questioning. We came from almost 11 hours away and have zero insight to Galveston. She has a book upon arrival of everything you need to know about the area and recommendations. We did not veery far from them! It was awesome. There are cameras on the outside of the house which we really appreciated because it made us feel SO much safer being so far away from home. Also, this cottage saved us SO much money in the long run. We expected we would need to purchase beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc once we arrived and we had no idea what we would do with it when we were ready to head home. This cottage had EVERYTHING we needed. We just took them to a carwash and vaccumed the sand off and placed them back in storage when we were leaving. The house has TON of fun family games too! Our bed and the pull out sofa we so comfortable! I normally have trouble sleeping, and I had no issues with this bed! Everything was fabulous. Also, the neighbors are residents and they were super friendly and kind. Don't think about it, book this rental!!

This house is so ADORABLE. The owners were great communicators and didn't leave me with any questions on how to check in/out. They did an impeccable job updating it and making great use of the space. It had everything we needed and more. Their "How to House Book" was well done, detailed and easy to find answers. Four (4) of us stayed comfortably for one (1) night before embarking on a cruise but will definitely look at rebooking if we are in the Galveston area for a lengthier stay. It is well equipped, clean, and central to nearly everything. We were right around the corner from the Cruise Port, a few blocks from the ocean and all the other attractions, and a short few minute drive to the area stores. The neighborhood is very quaint and peaceful and the neighbors were super nice too. So glad we found it!

Oh my goodness I can not say enough about this adorable tiny house just down from the sea wall and also close to the strand. We walked to both. The owners have gone above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The bed was very comfortable. The supplies left for guests were very gracious. The decor is so cute. You can not go wrong in this house with comforts of home.

The sweetest property on the island. This house has everything you would need for your stay and is in such a great location. The neighborhood was quiet and had friendly neighbors. We have stayed in multiple houses on the island, and will return to this property for our next stay!

Cute place, needs some improvement. Toilette leans like it's going to fall through the floor. Yard needs attention as well as the exterior siding.

We've stayed at several short-term rentals in Galveston over the years - I guess the city saved the best one for our last visit. This cute shotgun is perfect for a couple and their trusty pup. Well located to both the Seawall and the Strand. We'll be back.

We stayed here the night before our cruise. Not a long walk to port. We walked and pulled our luggage. Took about 20 minutes to walk with luggage in tow. We were also walking distance to the restaurants by the sea wall and the pier. Everything you need is in the house. Quaint and cute. Definitely recommend.
