Paying to park car. Bed very hard. T.V. couldn't adjust volume. No T.V. in the morning, said no internet. Couldn't get off Fox news in the evening. For the price, it should have been better.

We did not eat the breakfast. We liked the location. The staff was polite and answered our questions about tourist attractions.

There is a design flaw in the bathrooms, my room and my son's room, I am assuming most of the rooms there, the bathroom door doesn't shut all the way. There is a gap and you can see inside the bathroom.

mMy sister & I couldn’t get the TV on, much less find something to watch. The front desk person came to our room and got the television going for us and showed us how to work it. The Internet was very difficult and I don’t think the Wi-Fi ever did connect. There was a huge amount of noise above our room. From 7 PM till approximately 10 PM it sounded like a dog or a horse was jumping off the bed onto the floor. I’m not sure if the front desk called up there because it did stop for a few minutes, but then it came back. it finally got quiet during the night because we were able to sleep through.

The manager did the best he could without staff. We were told that the restaurant would not be open the afternoon we arrived ,due to there Christmas party! When we got to our room the television did not work. Again due to the Christmas party they were without staff. The next morning our coffee pot did not function. They said they would replace it when staff arrived. When down for breakfast .They couldn’t cook a hot breakfast because the cooks didn’t show up because they were hung over due to the Christmas party. The bartender was the best part of our stay. He made an amazing Old Fashion and he was funny and a great help with anything he could help us with. He over board to make us feel at home. The manager himself brought us a coffee pot and when staff finally came in the next day the Tv was repaired. He was very concerned.

Make sure you have the facility customer ready. When you take our reversation you have a responsibility to make sure you are completely staffed, we paid a lot of money to stay at your facility.
