Our stay in this home was wonderful! Loved the kid-friendly touches - toys, play kitchen, swing set, baby gates available, etc. The house was also meticulously clean and well organized. I would definitely consider staying in this home if in the area again.

This home is ideal for families, and the host has added little touches to make kids feel welcome. The indoor/outdoor seating areas are lovely and allow for plenty of space for everyone. You get a nice tranquil environment while being a short drive away from all that Chattanooga has to offer. You are a minute away from a grocery store and very close to restaurants / shops / ice cream (very important for our crew). My 4.5 year old already asked when we can go back!

This host does all the little extras that makes a HUGE difference in your stay. For one, the house is beautifully decorated! The pictures do not do it justice. But things like not having to buy coffee and bring filters, having a pack and play with a sheet, a high chair, toys and coloring items for children….even Epson salt if you wanted to take a bath. I would stay here again for sure and would recommend it to anyone with young children especially!

This location is perfect for families and groups who want to get out and about to explore Chattanooga! The home was super clean, spacious and very comfortable. Jennifer was very easy to communicate with as well. I would definitely recommend this property and would happily book a stay here again.

Wow, very impressed with the property. I was a perfect home for a family. We stayed with grandparents and two families with 5 kids. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean, it was well equipped for cooking. The location is great, you could run the river and downtown. I would highly recommend the property.

New, large, multiple living spaces, well-equipped. We celebrated Christmas and my mom's 90th birthday. Luxurious beds, bath products and plenty of soft towels. New appliances. It was perfect!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Plenty of space and upscale accommodations. Stairs into the home and up to 3rd floor are seriously no joke! However, we made it all work with several toddlers. Excellent communication with host and easy access to all attractions.

Property was ideal for our family vacation. We had three kids under 4 and it's hard to find accommodations that fit but this home had plenty of toys, safety equipment (gates!), and places for bedtime (one bedroom included a crib and reading nook!). Home is just a couple minutes from the river and every attraction we went to was no more than a 15 minute drive. Would highly recommend this property for a family getaway to Chattanooga!

Exactly as advertised! Beautiful home, well-kept, so kid-friendly with playset in backyard, kids’ dishes in the kitchen, kids’ room with lots of books and activities, kitchen set in the living room, even kids’ hooded towels! The room with the crib and book nook was a great idea. The house was so clean. Close proximity to many activities and great restaurants. What a lovely home in a perfect location.

My family was in town celebrating my daughters wedding and we needed a place for 12 people to stay for the weekend. This house was above and beyond expectations and the owner was extremely communicative and on top of things! I can say enough nice things about this property and wish I could have given a higher rating than 5 stars!

The home is beautiful and in a perfect location. It is close to most major attractions. We had four adults and four little people, and there was more than enough room for us to spread out and relax. The host had even included toys for the children. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning a trip to Chattanooga. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The property was perfect for our group! We had all the rooms full with three families. We had four kids, ages 3 to 5, in the bunk room, and the master closet downstairs was big enough to serve as a perfect room for our 1 yr old in the pack-n-play. It was rainy while we were there, so we didn’t spend much time in the backyard or on the back deck. But, we did enjoy the covered sitting area on the front of the house. The kitchen had everything we needed as we ate most of our meals at the house. Before you book, be sure to understand the extent of the stairs. You go up a long flight of stairs from the driveway to the main level, and there’s another long staircase up to the top floor. This didn’t bother us as young families, but it would have been difficult if grandparents were with us instead of friends.

This worked perfect for our family, including 2 three year olds and 2 one year olds.

The accommodations were excellent. The home was clean, close to downtown for easy access to restaurants/shopping, had plenty of toys for the kids and was on a very quiet street! The host was also very easy to communicate with. Would stay again!

This house was so awesome for our weekend! We had 13 girls and it slept all of us comfortably. The house is a perfect distance from everything you need (we never drove more than 10 mins). It was super clean when we got there and the instructions for check in and check out were clear and easy. This house is also extremely kid friendly and would be great for family getaways! Jennifer is great host and replies quickly - we highly recommend staying here :)

We loved our stay - everything about it was amazing! The house was so beautiful and comfortable - it was just perfect our group! We loved all the great spaces for conversations including the front patio and living room. The reservation and check-in process was really smooth and Jennifer (the host) was extremely helpful and prompt with all communications. The location was super convenient to everything in Chattanooga and the house was super clean and well-maintained. Everything in this house is designed to make guests comfortable! Spacious rooms, upscale furnishings, and luxurious linens make it a place where you want to just hang out. Also, we found the location very convenient to restaurants and attractions.

We came into town for some medical tests for an older child. We have a large family so having a large beautiful home to stay in was such a blessing for us. The younger children were comfortable and loved the bunk beds. It was so nice to be able to keep our younger children with us while also being there for our older child. Hoping we can stay again if further tests are needed. Thank you so much.

This is an amazing place. The location is perfect - near restaurants with hiking trails nearby. The outdoor patio with a grill was really nice. Highly recommend!

This ranks up there with one of the BEST VRBO experiences we have ever had!! There was SOO much attention to detail!!! The home was beautiful and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect and close to all activities! The host was wonderful about communicating with us. We would stay there again for sure!!!

We recently visited Chattanooga with family. We had grandkids to grandparents here. This place really felt like a home. The communication was really great and the house had everything we needed and even bonuses that we did not expect. Many times staying at a VRBO there are little things that you forget and have to run back out for. This place had plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, detergents and soaps etc., and even had coffee and spices ready to use. We where even greeted with a card and a great loaf of cinnamon apple bread. They really thought of everything. The location is great and convenient to pretty much anything in Chattanooga. We like the quiet neighborhood and the space in the backyard for the kids to play. I know groundhogs are a nuisance but my kids enjoyed looking out the back window and watching the resident ground hog every morning. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance. Thanks for a great stay!

Everything was just lovely. The place has a wonderful open feeling, and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. I loved the extra touches of the toy kitchen and the play set in the backyard, which helped a lot to entertain our little one. We had everything we needed, all the furniture was so comfortable, and the house was beautifully decorated. Even the neighbor was very friendly. It’s just a few minutes from the busy downtown, but the trees surrounding the property make you feel like you’re out in the woods. We will definitely want to stay here next time we’re in Chattanooga.
