This property was in a great location. It served my family of 6 and extended family well, as they visited everyday we stayed. The game room and pool kept us entertained in this heat. The property manager was easy to communicate with and check out was simple. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Property was exactly as it was described in the listing. It was very clean and well kept up. Pool was outstanding. Location was great. Close to highway and grocery store. It was tge perfect setup for the four of us.

Great house for families, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of inside things to do, close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment, AND a fantastic pool and kpatio with plenty of seating with shade. We enjoyed it immensely in hot - hot - hot July the pool was refreshing. Bonus: super host Ken Hazleton

It was a very clean home, the game tables were also fun. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, etc. We enjoyed the pool in the AZ heat. Would stay there again.

We had our family in town for my daughters graduation and wanted a place that we could all stay and spend time together. This place was GREAT! Perfect location for our family, close to the graduation ceremony. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. I will 100% book staycations here again.

Perfect gathering house for our family vacation that were coming from all different locations to visit our Mom in AZ! It had everything we needed and more, and the hosts were amazing. They are responsive, friendly and super easy to work with. It was everything we needed and more! Would stay again without question!

This was definitely a 5-star rental. Convenient, easy-access location in the northwest metro and very quiet. Added bonus was that it was close to the New River walking/biking path. While interior finishes were average, it was comfortable. The highlight was the backyard space - wonderful heated pool (although we only needed the heat for one night's swim) and a giant pergola that provided plenty of shaded areas to hang out in. The communication with the host was also above and beyond. We would definitely stay here again.

Family of 6 stayed here and it was the best VRBO rental yet! Host is very responsive and house is wonderful. Beds are comfortable and the pool is heated to perfection. Will stay again the next time we are in the area !

Came out from the wintery Midwest to see our son. What a lovely home! We enjoyed the kitchen/living area each morning for coffee and breakfast. Appreciated the Keurig with pods available! I especially liked that there were some spices, some ziplocks, mixing bowls! The pool was wonderful and the outdoor areas were great for people to sit and snack or to be quietly reading. The location was ideal for us; close to my son and we were able to go to a Spring Training game. Thank you so much!

Our host was great. He was always quick to respond, and he was happy to help with the requests that we had. The home worked out great for 8 of us. We had 3 generations in the house. We enjoyed the pool. Everything was as described or better. The house was in a great location, where it was convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment, etc. We enjoyed our stay, and would stay there again.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful. House was very clean and well appointed. Safe neighborhood. We unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the pool and all the fun stuff in the house. But if we go back we will definitely stay again and bring some grandkids. Kids would have a ball staying there. Fully recommend this property.

Love our Vrbo!, Ken made everything so easy. It was our first time visiting Arizona with our family for my Daughter’s National Golf tournament. The house was very clean, my kids love the pool and the game room was amazing! The beds are all very comfortable, have everything you need. Will definitely be back!

This is a lovely home in a beautiful residential community in Peoria AZ. It suited our needs perfectly. We were there to visit or son, his wife, and our 2 grandchildren . The pool made enduring the 110 degree heat bearable! We all enjoyed the table games in the front room and allowed us to have fun together out of the scalding heat!! The owners checked in several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. We will definitely return to this home in the future when we travel this way again. Thank you for the opportunity to rent this lovely home.

The game room was great to have on the extremely hot summer days. It gave us something to do indoors. It wasn’t just watching television. I asked Ken if there was a cooler with wheels on the property that we could borrow because my son and his team were playing baseball in extreme heat. he didn’t have one, but he ordered one for me that we could use. To me that is above and beyond, and it saves those teenage boys from getting dehydrated and heat stroke. I will definitely be staying here again. Location with close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Son had a USA Baseball tournament in Arizona. Games were being held in the Peoria area. Royal/Ranger stadium too in Surprise. Ken, the owner, is a kind and communicative owner/host. The weather was over 110degrees for the eight days we were in town. The house is perfect for kids, swimming and relaxing. The AC worked perfect fully and the house was fully stocked with all the necessities. Washer and dryer were well used for the dirty baseball uniforms.
Will come back again for spring training. The Peoria sports complex is five minutes away and the Royals/Rangers facility was 15 minutes away.

We had a lovely time staying for the week. All the activities available for teenagers in the house itself was awesome. Details of what to do in the area and restaurants nearby was super helpful and easy peasy check in and check out instructions as well. If we have a need to be in the area again we'll for sure look to stay again. thank you!

We stayed at this rental on the way back from a trip to Disneyland. The hosts were awesome to work with. Check in/out was easy. It was the perfect place to unwide and relax. The kids swam all day long and when they weren't swimming they were enjoying games in the game room. The house was, clean and cool. The beds and couch were nice and comfortable. We will definitely stay agin!

This property was amazing for our family. There were four adults and 2 teenage girls. We all spent a lot of time playing pool and shuffle board. We especially enjoyed the pool and being able to set the temperature to our liking. Ken was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond with our needs. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would like return sometime.

My teenaged son and I loved staying here. The house has lots of stuff for kids, and the pool and pool table are perfect for teens as well. It was very convenient to where the Mariners and Padres play, a very short drive to where the Rangers play, and a reasonable commute to the rest of spring training. It's in a quiet neighborhood with all of the amenities just a short drive away. Everything in the house is very well done, and the beds are very comfortable. We'll definitely try to stay here again next year!

We had a such a fantastic time here! The pool and backyard are great for kids and there are so many fun activities to do inside if the weather doesn’t cooperate! Perfect setup for a family, we will definitely stay here again next time we can get away :)

Ken was fabulous to work with. Communication was always timely. The pool was the highlight of the property for us. We were visiting family in the area. Even though the temps weren't always as warm as we wanted, we spent every day in the warm water of the heated pool. The house is well stocked and the game room is nice for evening fun.

Ken & Cindy’s house was perfect. Just as advertised. We were in town for the Super Bowl. The location was great for getting around. We found the commute to Phoenix, Scottsdale and Glendale very easy. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the many amenities that the home has to offer. My communication with Ken was very good from the 1st time I reached out to inquire about the listing up until we checked out. I would highly recommended staying in this lovely home.

Ken&Cindy are, by far, the most gracious, courteous and prompt hosts we've ever dealt with while booking w VRBO.
We've been to numerous places through VRBO- Ken&Cindy have been the most accommodating. Our second stay with them at their home was as smooth and streamlined as the first, along w a toasty warm pool to sink into throughout the days spent there.
Indoor activities are just as they’ve portrayed w ping pong being a pleasant surprise and billiards keeping us busy.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. We enjoyed the game tables and especially the heated pool!! We loved that the pool was fenced and protected our little ones! They loved the tree house as well! We had everything we needed and we’re very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Ken was really great to work with and was very organized and gracious! Thanks again Ken!
