First room (519) was across from the ice machine. Very noisy. Changed to room 401. Had to wait for housekeeping to unlock our first room so we could get our belongings. It took 20 minutes for someone to come. Much better than old room. Although there wasn’t any body wash. Front desk personnel were VERY nice and VERY helpful!

Stay was excellent. The room I book on Hotels.com was actually turned into a meeting room for that day's convention so there wasnt a bed in it when we got there. The front desk was waiting for us when we arrived, told us what had happened and upgraded our room. Also, since we had already purchase breakfast package, the hotel comped our dinner that night in their restaurant.

It was a beautiful room with an excellent view. Very clean and beautiful. I only have a couple complaints. I wish the breakfast was better. It was very bland and the sausage was greasy. Our room on floor 6 didn't have good water pressure with the sink or shower. Aside from that, it was excellent.

It was awful. Ac didn’t work put us on the top floor the tiles were busted in the bathroom and it was extremely uncomfortable and hot.

Great customer service. Everything was wonderful except the A/C in the room did not work very well so the room was a little warm. Everything else was great.

Lady at the front desk was helpful with checking in and helping us switch a different room because the first room we had the AC was not working, however both rooms were very dirty. The rooms are older and have not been updated to feel clean. Dirty return vents in both rooms, rusty showers, stains are covered up with paint or caulking. Wouldn’t stay again.

I had problem opening the room door. The room phone didn’t work. Definitely wouldn’t come back all.

The hotel had a swamp cooler instead of an air conditioner. We’re from Phoenix so we can take the heat, but this room was hot and did not cool down till after 3am. Switched rooms and thought that would help from the west side to the east side kept our drapes closed all day, but nothing helped.

The air conditioning system is not working properly, we let them know twice and they never came to check our rom, the the property is good, but service and customer service is not.

The pool was green, hot tub had grime all around the edges. Air conditioning was not working properly. Hotel room was dingy and in need of new carpeting and ceiling. Very disappointed with this experience.

Our room was not cleaned and ready at the time of check-in. We sat in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting for it to be cleaned. The room is in serious need of updates, there are chunks of tile missing from the bathroom wall. The pool was green, and staff was still advising people to swim in it.

Everything was good and clean except there was food left in the fridge from the previous guest.

I had booked a king room and when we arrived they didn’t have a king room. From my understanding we had been moved around from a king room to a double queen than the front desk attendant said they didn’t have a room. So he moved us into the executive king suite. They went above and beyond. We will always stay here when we are in Denver. Thanks yall.

It was really hot in the room and it wasn’t that clean, after i checked out i called because my cousin left her bear and i called numerous times and was told id get a call back and nothing so far. I understand it’s the guest responsibility to check everything however a call back with an update would have been nice kinda disappointed.

The property was very clean and in a safe quiet neighborhood. The staff was very nice. The only problem we had is that the AC was not working in our room. They did bring us a box fan to help. Overall I would stay again.

So I showed up and had to wait 20 minutes so I could check in. Then the lady at the counter pulled up my reservation and seemed to hesitate. Then she told me “you’re lucky, you’re really lucky. We were pretty much booked but you got really lucky with getting a room”. It was just frustrating to even get in to my room.
I don’t really intend to stay at a Hilton or a Double Tree again.

There was quite a bit of noise from the highway. The property shows real maintenance needs. I was flabbergasted as there were tiles on the bathroom floor coming up. The extent that this was happening amazed me. I'm not sure why they rented the room in that condition. The staff at check-in and check-out were very friendly and welcoming.

Temperature of the room would not change, even though we lowered the in room thermostat to 60. Way to warm to sleep. And toilet wasnt working very well. Had to hold down handle way to long to make sure even liquids went down.

Our upgraded room was out dated.. The air conditioner didn’t work.. Our bathroom shower drain, won’t drain.. There bed was very stained..
