Great location. Walkable to all the sightseeing places and train station. Very clean. Espresso machine and tea in the room.

Lovely hotel lovely room!

This is a nice hotel but not a 5 star. There is really old carpet in the hallways and the carpeting in the bedroom was aging as well and did not feel clean because it was shag carpeting. Disappointed for the price we paid!

I recommend Grand Hotel La Cloche Dijon for anyone looking to explore the city by foot. It was very easy to walk to the main sites and restaurants in the city. The hotel was also well kept and very clean.

In essence, everything was Fine. The air conditioning in a room was locker. The Restaurant was fully Booker.

This was a lovely hotel, sadly there was a thunderstorm so we did not to het to look around area 100% will return to this hotel

The hotel is in a good location and the staff were great with the exception of the server on the patio. She was downright rude. It seemed that they were understaffed the night that we dined there. I would not recommend the food however the ambiance is lovely. The hotel itself is fabulous.

Some lovely features in the room including view out to the town and bathroom window into the room - location is fantastic, easy to walk around Dijon town centre. Not the best 5 star I’ve stayed in - others in this price range are usually that bit more wow. That said, overall experience was good and I would recommend if you are stopping in Dijon.

This is a beautiful hotel, right in the middle of shopping and dining areas. Very historic! The staff at the hotel was perfect!!!

Why give you 45 minutes of free spa treatment when you check in, only to find out all treatments are fully booked for the next few days. Very deceiving.

Well located, great breakfast. Unfortunately reception desk lost the gel I needed to keep my medicine cold. I asked them to keep it frozen, reminded them of it everyday and in the morning I Left they Could not find it. Had to leave in a hurry só I would not loose my train

Customer service should be improved on. Rooms are small but okay.

A beautiful hotel in a gorgeous old city! So much to do and see right from the front door.

Not worth the money. The hallways and doord are very dirty

The staff was most hospitable! We had trouble with our shower and the hotel manager was most gracious. We had trouble getting a taxi to the train station and one of the staff drove us to the gare. Remarkable customer service!

No one available to help us with four pieces of luggage when we arrived. Upholstery and carpet in dining area very stained from previous spills. Shag carpet in the room is dated and doesn't look clean. Color scheme in room is atrocious and out of date. Sofa smelled dusty 'cause it was. Gorgeous building but needs an interior make-over desperately.

Very kind and comfortable

As the first stop on our honeymoon it was a wonderful stay! The staff was wonderful and very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which can make all the difference no matter what the rest of the property is like. We had a high corner room getting a pretty view of the square. The rooms aren’t “big” but the layout sure makes it feel so, with an entry area, sitting area, coffee bar, beautiful bathroom, and 3 balconies! The small touches are noticed from lighting to soft carpet, robes, and towel heater. We didn’t have time to take advantage of the rest of the property like the restaurant (which is a favorite of the city) or the spa (which is beautiful) but we can only imagine they are lovely also as they were both very busy. Dijon is a beautiful town and we hope to return and will certain be staying here again! Merci!

Very impressed with the hotel overall. Beautiful property. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful when asked directions to our tours meeting point. We ended each night with a cocktail at the bar next to the lobby. Will definitely definitely stay here again when we visit again.

Great restaurant and bar, easy access to shopping and restaurants

A case of somewhat faded glory. Positives include excellent central location for tourism, dining and shopping. Hotel dining and bar facilities exceed the norm for most hotels. Negatives relate to the "faded" aspect of the hotel, including dirty and threadbare carpeting in the room and hallway and a very underwhelming lobby area. If you are driving, as you will want to be in the beautiful Bourgogne region, direct access is non-existent -- you will be buried under one-way streets and obscure/confusing directions. Valet parking at the hotel is a must.

Simply stunning hotel, best we've stayed in during our time in France. Great location & such a beautiful city! The staff was amazing. Bellman helped us with our luggage & parked our car. The 2 at the front reception were knowledgable, welcoming & very kind.
