Check in was easy and front desk staff Omar was pleasant. We arrived to our room and it smelled awful, the bed looked like it had been slept in, there was mold by the windows, something white all over one of the chairs and the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite sometime. We didn't stay. We found another hotel close by to stay in.

There were cockroaches in the room, the towels had poop stains on them, and the bedsheets had hair on them. The shower was also dirty with a lot of hair left over on the walls from the previous person who stayed there...

Noisy near the elevator engine. Starting and stopping constantly.

The breakfast service was phenomenal. The attendant even took everyone’s plates when they were done. He provided excellent customer service! That is rare today.

The mattress was not comfortable at all. Request a room on the non-Interstate side. Very loud.

This hotel was far too expensive, it is tired and run down. The bathtub was dirty and peeling, the bathroom was the size of a closet and none of the side or back doors worked. The employees were great though.

The hotel was very convenient. Love that they had coffee, tea & hot chocolate available in the lobby. The breakfast was very nice. Staff were friendly & cheerful.

Great place to stay if flying into Portland airport. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again.

It was ok. The room was tiny and the bathroom tinier. There was nothing wrong. It was just ok.

My main complaint would be that the rooms are in need of refurbishing. Our bathroom tub and shower still had hairs in it from the previous guests. The beds were very soft and I felt every time my husband changed position throughout the night. Rooms and the bathroom are small.

All clean and good service. We could hear every car from nearby highway, but that’s just the windows. Some eco-friendliness measures visible, but just too much plastic wrapped breakfast items.

Didn’t like that hair was on shower walls from previous guest and room didn’t have privacy shades - only had sheer curtains.

We were given a room that hadn’t even been cleaned yet. I mean sheets in a ball on the beds, ironing board and iron still out. It looked like someone was actually still staying in the room. For a Marriot, this did not stand up to the Marriot reputation. And it says airport and it’s not even near the airport.

I didnt read that there was no pool and found the site to be expensive for that, especially in Maine. Also noted there was a $5.00 charge for parking per day. We did get that waived as we read free parking, but in looking further down it did say there would be a $5.00 charge per day. We had rooms next to the freeway and it was loud.

The room was dirty. The sheets had a brown stain on them. Hair in the shower drain. conditioner was empty. Our neighbors were very loud. I asked for a first floor room and they were very rude and couldn’t accommodate our request which was ok except for the attitude. Breakfast was ice cold and the waffle machine ran out of batter.

Not the best location. Had a wedding in Portland, should have stayed in Portland instead of here. Its right by the highway

The room for a king bed was smaller than I anticipated. The bathroom was very tiny, hardly any room at all. It was like an afterthought putting the bathroom in. Breakfast was okay, the sausage croissant sandwiches appeared to have been there a while as they stuck to the bottom of the dish. The employee working the dining area was very nice, she was attentive to area. Not sure how to fix the sandwich issue. Just not what I thought it would be.

The staff were friendly, very nice, and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The only issue I had during my stay was the noisy heater in my room. It woke me up multiple times during the night when it turned on.

We asked for a quiet room.
The heating rattles, the fridge rattles, and an intermittent third metallic noise couldn't be identified or located. The noises kept us awake the whole night. The extractor fan in the bathroom doesn't work, so the paint is peeling from the ceiling.
