Heat did not work properly. Bathroom shower water temp was very difficult to regulate. Bathroom trim needs updating.

Great place very handy for all the main sites with plenty of eatery places within walking distance. The bar and front desk area are a little cold but the rooms are spacious and the bed comfortable. Buses to the city stop on the roundabout outside the hotel and there is a 24 hour store across the road. Just a small concern is that they take your credit card on arrival and take $500 off it straight away. When you leave they add $131.00 to your bill for services such as wi-fi and water in your room whether you ask for it or not.

A hidden gem in a great location. The rooms are small, as to be expected in a large city boutique hotel; but they are fantastic. Comfy bed. Great little restaurant downstairs. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel is very nice and comfortable. Bartender not real friendly. Would not switch gin out for vodka on request. Was told it was a theme or vibe drink and couldn’t do it. For as high as cocktails cost there shouldn’t be any debate to do this. Overall very good hotel.

Lovely hotel in very convenient position, half a mile walk from the White House and so only a mile from the Washington Monument and The Mall. Limited restaurant offering but plenty of options close by. Check in was great, as was the maid service, but we gave 3 stars overall for service as the breakfast service was very poor, even though there were only 6 other people eating, and 4 of those arrived after us! The cooked food was fine, but no tip on the breakfast tab as a result of the slow and indifferent bar staff.

Overall the hotel was really cool. I didn’t look anything up about it, but it is very pro-feminine with the artwork and decor. The rooms were very aesthetically pleasing. Valet was overpriced.
My biggest issue was that on my second night, my room wasn’t cleaned. I was gone all day until 4pm and had indicated via the door tag that I needed tidying, but when I got back they hadn’t gotten to my room yet. That was super suboptimal.
Otherwise, solid property. I would probably stay here again.

I stayed here as a "staycation" during 4th of July holiday. Room was cozy. The overall theme of the hotel is cute, I'm all about women's empowerment. Hotel pool was small and crowded so i wouldn't stay here if you are looking for a luxury pool experience.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Nice view of the city. Decent breakfast menu. The weather was not conducive to pool time but during a recent stay we found it to be a nice option. Liked the atmosphere in the lobby.

It is in a central location, the staff is wonderful. I booked online and messed up my booking. Front desk ironed it out and was great. Cleanliness is top notch, valet is wonderful, they have a restaurant and bar downstairs and a convenience store. Havent checked out the pool but truly happy with my stay!

The staff were kind and courteous. The room looked pretty clean. The only thing we didn't like was the setup for the bathroom. Specifically the sliding door to the bathroom was kind of difficult to move. And the frosted glass wall let out a lot of light at night if someone has to go to the bathroom.

The room was beautiful and spacious. The rooftop pool was small but not too crowded during the week. On the Saturday night it was very busy as was the bar/lounge. A dress to impress young crowd that was fun to watch. The hotel location was perfect to get into and out of tbe city abd the valet parking made it a breeze.

I loved the hotel. The rooftop pool was so nice and refreshing. The staff was nice also and the hotel is in a walkable area. The only reason i am not giving it 5 stars is because when I showed up at 12 to see if my room was ready they said yes its ready but its $50 to check in early. I was like so the room is ready but i have to pay to get it a few hours early? I thought that was not cool
although I know a lot of hotels do that now but that was a turn off for me. Also there is parking across the street that is $20 cheaper.

Rooftop pool and bar was fun. I didn’t realize the pool cabanas could be rented hourly/daily by non hotel stayers, so was busier than I was expecting and the pool is small (about 4.5 ft deep). Nonetheless, had a good time and talked to folks from all over. Room was clean, shower was unique, coffee/tea in room was a nice perk. Filtered water on every floor was great for refilling water bottle as needed. Staff was nice and check in was easy.

The property was not as shown online. It is overpriced and the rooms are not as expected. The water in one of our rooms would not stop running. The ac in the other room did not work. The parking is too expensive. Staff was so unfriendly when I asked a simple question about the bar hours. The bathrooms were horrible with toiletries that were expired and filled with water. Overall it was way too expensive and the stay was not a pleasant one! I would not be staying here in the future and do not recommend!!
