Clean, well organized and good ubication.

We discovered this hotel this summer and hope to make it our regular hotel in Salamanca. The location is ideal, off the beaten track but very walkable to the center of town. Clean, comfortable, quiet, courteous personnel and great breakfast!

Excellent hotel with a very friendly staff. The hotel was very clean and neat. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of items. The parking garage is great just across the lobby. The only situation that we experienced was that the AC in the room was not working properly and the room was very warm. We woke up sweating several times during the night. The room did not have a temperature control panel. Besides the situation with the AC, everything was great. Hope the hotel can fix the AC situation in the rooms.

Nice hotel in a residential area but close to the old town to walk. Great park just next door.

It’s close to downtown for exploring Salamanca only a short walk. I think this hotel is excellent Wifi and great to work from.

Very good location, centre of town as well as restaurants are all in walking distance. Car park in the hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff. Would recommend.

Great stay

Good modern hotel. Excellent receptionist (Marion). Shame about the lift noise (so often a problem).

Personal amable

The room photos are very misleading. We booked a superior/premium room for which the photos clearly show a balcony, however our room did not have one, which was very disappointing. The hotel also advertises a bar, which while technically accurate is a bit of an overstatement. The "bar" is a very small counter on one corner of the common/lobby area, with most of the space behind the counter occupied by coffee machines. It appeared to serve a limited selection of drinks. It is only open 8 pm to 11 pm. No food and no atmosphere. The room was clean. Bathroom was clean and large, but the shower configuration made it somewhat awkward to use and temperature control was difficult. The location is good - quite central and easy to get to everything. Overall, it was ok, but hard to see how this is a 4 star hotel.

Salamanca better than expected

Staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we got to the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area that is close to all attractions. A great hotel that offers great parking and breakfast.

Nice hotel. A bit old fashioned. Not good acoustic insulation between rooms. Good breakfast and nice staff. Location was OK, we did not use the car in there the days we were there

It was great. Just perfect for what I needed. Location was perfect to go walking to Salamanca downtown. Clean, good size, all amenities, small chocolate in my comfy bed, complimentary water and snacks. Friendly staff and delicious generous breakfast.

Enjoyed strolling around city to see all the sights and found reception staff very helpful . Very good location with car safely parked for a couple of days .

Lovely spot. Service was great. Close to points of interest. Street noise and tight parking the only detractors. Great breakfast.

Hotels.com search states parking. It is 15 euros extra if available. Spaces tiny.Parking must be included in price as are taxes to compare properly.
