Our stay was a treat for my 2 daughters, we had an excellent time, used the facilities and thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were all extremely helpful and polite

During our family long weekend stay (4 rooms) we had the best of attention from the friendly and helpful staff at all levels. They made this 90th birthday celebration a very memorable occasion for all of us. The fact that the hotel has integral parking space was a big plus.

We were checked in early, which was very convenient. Staff friendly & helpful with advice about local public transport. Big room, clean, comfortable. My kids loved the pool. Excellent breakfast.

Lovely stay with the family. The check in was friendly and quick. Our room was spacious, but the room wasn’t accessible as described. Getting the wheelchair through the door was tight, the bathroom wasn’t a walk in shower as advertised, it was a full bath with shower over it. We attempted to change it, but we’re going to be in a much smaller room and the bathroom was still not accessible. Sadly, this is a common occurrence with hotels. The word ‘accessible’ should only be used if an adult wheelchair can navigate it comfortably. Despite this, we had a lovely break. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a bit of something for everyone, staff serving were polite and helpful and attentive to our needs. The hotel is in an excellent location with parking available. The pool was a massive selling point too. Perfect size for children and adults, and well maintained.

We stayed 2 nights and could not fault this hotel, excellent location 2 minutes walk and your on Buchanan street, staff were terrific from quick welcoming check in and ordering a taxi for you, room was spotless, everything looked new, the food is top notch, it has a gym and a swimming pool, well done to the staff.

Overall we had a lovely stay, the downside for us was not being able to get full use of the pool, three times we were turned away due to full capacity, a booking system would be good to avoid my 7 year olds disappointment each time :/

Delightful hotel extremely clean and fresh loved our stay

We were assigned a room on a floor with apparently no HVAC but were not told this until we discovered it ourselves after dinner. We asked for and received additional duvets to keep warm. We weren’t offered another room but were told they were “working on it” and maybe it would be fixed during the night. The next morning it still wasn’t working. We did receive a partial refund but it was not a pleasant night. The area around the hotel is a total construction zone. Maybe it will be nice when the work is finished but for now it is not.

Good stay. Comfortable room, Friendly staff. Ryan in the executive lounge was particularly friendly and made sure everyone was well looked after.

Lovely hotel and really close to city centre shops, bars and restaurants. Room smelt of smoke on entering but it was otherwise a comfortable room.

Very bad hotel. Not washing towels And folding and placing back. Showed it to the manager and said him Self Dirty Towels were folded back and given other guests.

It was good and quite area staff is good and helpful

The price of breakfast is outrageous and even moreso for a family of 4 with two of them being children. The scrambled eggs are inexcusable. They were watery and fell apart. I don't know what you're doing to make them that way but they're atrocious. Cutting the eggs with milk? I don't know. We ordered one fried egg, over easy from the kitchen and it came out sunny side up and was barely cooked. The white was still clear on the top. Gross. The apple juice was also watered down. It was clearly apple "drink" not juice. Clearly cost cutting and price gouging are what's happening at breakfast. The feather pillows in the room on the bed squish down to nothing. They provide no support. I woke up in the morning with my neck a tangle of knots. My neck is still in pain 2 days later. We also had 4 people in our reservation and yet there were only 3 sets of towels in the room.

Overall ok, fuse problem in the first room but staff dealt with it quickly and professionally. Dinner quality was poor but breakfast was decent. Swimming pool and gym were good

Only thing i didnt like was the increased costs for parking for guests

Staff and location of the hoptel were superb. There were a couple of things that need picking up, namely tthere was a lift ouit of service most of my stay and no reference to how that affected my stay. Most imprtant concern was the breakfast, which on the second day was very poor with no coffee machines working ay peak times and food at buffet was cold. Not what I expected of this standard of hotel

I had a smal issue with my room but receptionist sorted my issues straight away no issues the breakfast was superb as always as were staff my favourite Hilton to stay at with my family

We enjoyed our stay. The only negative would be the lifts. One was out of service and the other one had a mind of its own and would not always stop on the floor we wanted

We arrived from a long day driving and upon checking in we asked if we had a room with a view. The lady said we had a view. After waiting quite some time as there was only one elevator working we arrived to our room facing an indor cube. We immediately went back and asked for a different one. A different staff member gave us a new room. A couple hours later we realized that the A/C wasn’t working. We called to have someone look at it and said that the A/C in that whole floor hadn’t been working for aeceral days. They finally “upgraded” us to a room where it worked. Next morning during breakfast I asked for a to go cup and I was told that I had to pay for a coffee at the bar (and not from the breakfast area). Terrible hotel and staff. Would not recommend.

The hotel room was very good and clean. However, there are only two lifts to service an eight story hotel and one of them was out of order! With a beautiful Indian wedding going on, it was a nightmare trying to get the lift especially when we were on floor eight and it appeared the full weddingparty were staying the night!! Breakfast wasn't much better - one person on reception to the restaurant having to sign you in and then show you to a seat. Not enough staff to keep refilling the very small buffet space and one of the two coffee machines not working. They also don't explain that you don't have to take the buffet if you have paid for it when booking - you can actually switch to the other menu and order it - so long as you don't then take anything from the buffet itself!! All in i don't think i would pay the high price for a room here again and certainty wouldn't be taking their buffet breakfast.
