Room was freezing. Heater ran constantly. Floor was like an ice rink.

The heater in my room did not work correctly. When I woke up in the morning the temperature in my room was the same as outside - low to mid 50's F. I do not plan to stay at this property again.

Its a older building that seems to be repaired and continues to need repair but it is clean.

The 1 bed standard room is not huge or super fancy but it was cleaner and and more updated than I thought it would be from the no frills exterior. The beds were comfy, the showers with high mounted goose neck shower head ran hot for a long time, The late night staff was polite and helpful. All in all it was a very fair price for what you often have to pay for a pet friendly hotel room these days.

Mold in the bathrooms, and the main hotel was under construction, so we were in the secondary area which just didn’t seem safe for a single female.

Clean and just what I needed for the night. My only complaint is that it was a bit noisy. I could hear the people in the room above me moving around. Other than that, I was happy with this place and would stay again.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and the bed comfortable. The view of the river was nice.

Hotel is going through renovations at the time of my stay. But that did not interfere with my stay. My room was updated, comfortable bed and pillows and clean. Nothing fancy. Area felt safe, walking to a few varied places to eat. Easy parking, elevator, ice machine and although heavy traffic streets on both sides of hotel it was quite at night. Did not partake in breakfast as we left very early, but coffee was available at that was nice to have available.

The room and bed were very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Since the meeting/breakfast area was under renovation, breakfast was in the lobby and there was no hot breakfast, but that would be a temporary situation. Parking spots were tight. All in all the stay was pleasant.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The clerk was very helpful and gave us a wonderful room overlooking the river. The area has many restaurant choices and the room is very comfortable.

The shower was gross, the bathroom smelled funny upon arrival, the water pressure in the shower was wayyy too high. If you can get a better option do it, I chose this place as a last second and cost-efficient choice; won’t be making this mistake twice.

Is a perfect location in this beautiful City, close to everything, paks, hiking trails, restaurants etc. The room and bed was so comfortable, the tv had all my favorite channels.

Older facility in need of remodel/repair. Part that we stayed in is slated for demolision in the near future. It needs it. Pool looks like it has been empty for years. Breakfast was packaged rolls, yogurt cups, dry cereal, and coffee. Nowhere to sit. Can't think of many pluses other than the price wasn't too bad. Apparently the facility has big plans for a major remodel but no timeline.

None of the amenities shown on website were available, property in bad state of repair, mold in bathroom, crumbling paint and walls, swimming pool looks terrifying and out of use, tv not connected to wifi, wifi password was not provided, no one answered any of my calls to the front desk at reasonable hours, plumbing is way dodgy and made terrifying banging noises when the neighbors used the water, what breakfast? Plug in receptacles were dodgy and some did not work. Stain on white bedspread. Only good thing was that the AC actually worked.

Unfortunately, my review is not an A rating. I noticed dust on the tables, nightstands, the tub appeared to dirty, calking around the tub was stained and dirty. We had large gaps in our entrance door which we could hear conversations in the hallway. The

The "pardon our dust" notice wasn't exaggerating, but most of the work seems to be places other than the rooms. The parking lot seemed a bit tight.

Website stated pool, but the pool is permanently closed. Kind of a dicey area of town. Someone smoking weed right outside our window. Limited breakfast items.

The hospitality of the staff was tremendous, greeted and cared for like family. They are under construction right now, but our stay was pleasant and not affected by this. Very wonderful option for a quick trip to The Dalles!
