The room was fairly clean. Over all the stay was good.

Your people are great. The gentleman who checked me in and the young lady who actually made omelets for folks in the morning were polite and professional. First-rate.
The room was not first rate. An odor (that, of course, I would get used to and then leave only to come back and experience it anew), an unfortunate red stain between the bed and TV, a rattling sound near the television that continued intermittently through the night, a toilet that doesn’t appear to be fully attached to the floor (and, perhaps not coincidentally, didn’t flush very well).
Please give your really good people really good rooms to book. It would be a nice match.

It was ok. The carpet on the hallways is old and stained on some spots. It really needs replaced.
Our room had laminated flooring and it was kind of greasy and got our socks real dirty.
The free breakfast was amazing, they cook fresh omelets as per request.
The amenities within the hotel are awesome, small gym, indoor swimming pool.

All in all it was fine but the condition of the room, hallway, and elevator was not good... visually unappealing. The room we stayed in looked like there was some type of violent activity at some point. The bathroom door was cracked/split because of being forced open. They fixed it by putting screws through it on either side, two were exposed at the tip and they were sharp. The walls looked like they were patched up and painted over but not with the same color paint and the sheets could have been cleaner. The staff was nice though.

Could have been better, but ok for one night. Dingy towels/washcloths, stained comforter, terrible pillows. Desk person didn't engage (what time is breakfast, here's how to connect to wifi, etc.).

We checked in but we did not stay overnight. There were wall and door patches everywhere. The nooks and crannies were dirty. Soda was splashed on the door and not cleaned. Bed appeared clean and comfortable but there were too many other things making us uncomfortable.

The elevator was out and the only communication to the guest was a hand written sign that fell off the elevator door onto the floor with sign information face down. There did not seem to be any urgency to notify the guest or get the elevator fixed. Had to hand carry all my luggage down the stairs.

First of all this is not a cheap hotel and the experience that I had was terrible… the toilet was filthy,the shower curtain had mold on it.. and the tub stopper came off and it was nasty under there ad it was a bunch of dirty hair in it.. paying $225.0 a night is not cheap but I felt like I was at a motel 6.. I really hate the experience I had with this hotel…

The lobby looked like it would be nice. Immediately after entering the elevator i was taken back by the terrible smell. I actually told my daughter maybe some garbage had just been taken out. We got to the room and the smell in there was so bad i had to open the window. I left the window open the entire 1st day. There was hair all over in the bathroom 😞 the floor was so gross in the room my feet were visibly dirty! I would definitely say this hotel needs a renovation terribly!! The next morning we tried to eat breakfast....can some explain why the eggs were wet? There is no other way to discribe it. Eggs slurpee? So we had to go buy breakfast before we left town.
I do not recommend. If this is how all confort inns are we will never book again!

Transportation to/from airport was advertised but They didn’t have it. My niece was stranded at the airport after a late night flight. Breakfast was very limited, hot food was cold. Bathroom in our room was old, outdated, tub and toilet not clean. Our last night they had a group of teenage guests running through the halls , knocking on doors including ours, slamming multiple doors well after midnight and nothing was done to stop it. We had to get up at 3:30 for a first a.m. flight. Needless to say with little to no sleep, we were not happy.! We would never recommend this property.

The web site clearly stated they had "Free Airport Transportation". I had already reserved and paid for the room via Expedia.com and upon checking in they said there was no shuttle or transportation services at all. I showed the clerk the web site and the answer was here is a business card to call a taxi. No other option or further response to their blatant trickery or error. Terrible customer service or customer satisfaction and clearly a bait and switch as this hotel is about one mile from the airport and every other hotel has shuttle services. I would have tried to cancel via Expedia; however all hotels were booked up due to a basketball tournament going on so we were stuck. Going to try to call an Uber or taxi at 5:00 AM.

Our room was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast was nice. However, we did hear water running all night, and we were locked in our room at one point because the secondary lock got stuck. When we managed to get the lock open - the hinge of that secondary lock popped out of the door. Turns out, it was missing a screw. Then, at around 9am, we heard a knock on our door, followed by an employee just barging right in on us - while my husband was in the middle of changing! The manager on duty did apologize, but when we mentioned that was highly inappropriate behavior for an employee, he told us that said employee was "in training". Wasn't thrilled with the whole situation, to be honest, but didn't feel like fighting it.

I stayed here from the 13th till the 17th of February for me in my fiancé vacation I can say they are Very friendly and clean environment the rooms were very clean service desk always made sure we was comfortable nice pool the mini breakfast was good as well very quiet barely heard any noise only issue I had was when I wanted to run a bath the water wouldn’t stay long enough to fill up but overall it was very clean smart tv excellent everyday I came outside my room the halls always smell fresh in clean I will return again

The beds were clean. The room was cleanish. The rooms are very dated but the beds were fine. The bathroom had a mildew shower curtain and there looked like formerly puke around the bottom do the toilet that hadn’t been totally removed. There was a microwave and two fridges in our room.
For a quick overnight it was decent. Breakfast was a typical continental with some sausage and eggs for those who wanted it. Coffee was hot but not good.
We’d choose a different hotel next time for our money.

The hotel overall was clean and kept up, however the tv remote did not work in our room and the door did not lock. Instead of them putting us in a different room, they told us they would “watch” our room for us. It wasn’t even close to the front desk and the hotel was almost empty so there was no reason not to move us. When we were gone we had to pick up and take our stuff with us each time. My kids went down to eat breakfast and it was bare minimum and were out of milk. If the door didn’t have issues and actually had food for breakfast, it would have been a good stay.

Is older, and is currently having some remodeling done. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned each day on a multi day stay. Breakfast was nice. Location I’d very convenient. Price is very reasonable.
