My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many of times. It is our go to when we are in New Orleans. Customer service is great and rooms are comfortable.

Great service Great location

Can’t say enough good about this hotel. Our planes was changed at the last minute so we got there at Sheraton at 7:00 AM they let us check in with no charge. We were so happy because we didn’t know what we were going to do till check in. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Definitely will be back!!! Thank you Sherton!!!

We stayed at Sheraton New Orleans during the Eras Tour. The hotel went above and beyond to outfit the property with Taylor Swift bracelet making stations, decor, themed drinks, Eras Tour music and photo opt station. It was a great experience. The room was clean and ready for us upon arrival. I would suggest more trash cans for concert weekends for the guest rooms. Overall I would stay again. Note that if you are booking a traditional room you will not have a mini fridge in the room but you may request one if they are available. Ice dispensers are located on all floors with the exception of one which I believe is level 47 or 49.

Great location, nice room, well appointed. MOST disappointed unable to open internet from room, in spite of being Marriott Bonvoy member (supposed to be free) couldn't open, and then CHARGED WITHOUT USING IT!

The Sheraton is in a great location within walking distance to the French quarter and casino. They did an absolutely fantastic job with at the Swifties in town for the concert. Phenomenal service! Thanks for the friendship bracelet station and photo op!

Great trip with family and friends

1st time to New Orleans and had a GREAT time! Really loved the location of the hotel. Very easy to enjoy the quarter, frenchmans street and access to street cars right outside. Thanks for everything.

This was the best and most comfortable stay. I love how you can walk out and have access to everything. All attractions are close!

Turned off the water during our stay and did not notify guests until the night before.

Was great except the parking part. That sucked. I had to park in another parking garage cuz they couldn’t park my vehicle. And for that reason I’ll never come back.

It was for personal reasons. Hotel accommodated me for early check-in. My room was tucked in the corner off the elevator wasn't sure how quiet the halls was going to be at night but it was pretty quiet surprisingly. Uon entrance we found cleaning materials still in the bathroom so great i know the bathroom was cleaned befire arrival. Minor things but all in all a good stay.

Awesome! Will definitely be booking again! No complaints!

The property is located in a great area with wal I ing diatance to shopping and eateries. The staff was extremely pleasant and responsive to our requests.

Really enjoyed my stay here! It was my first time in New Orleans. I came for a concert nearby the hotel at The Fillmore, just a 5-minute walk which was super convenient for me. Just want to say I absolutely loved the view from my room! Big fan of the floor to ceiling windows. Everything thing looked clean, the staff during check-in was very nice. A/C worked wonderfully. Great area to stay. So many restaurants and shops nearby. Riverwalk was close by. I would definitely stay here again.

During my stay there were two issues addressed and rectified fairly quickly. The battery to the keypad on my room door died on day 4 of my stay so I had to wait and hour for security and maintenance to fix the issue however the staff were nice enough to comp me lunch and secured a place in the lounge area for me to stay while the worked on it. The other issue was a minor leak above the shower in which maintenance fixed the issue within 5mins of me calling to inform the front desk of the issue. The pool area could use some maintenance there were a few concrete tiles were broken and the pool concession hours weren’t displayed but should also be lengthened. The pool hours are A1! All in all I enjoyed my stay. I would book again!

I loved my stay at the Sheraton ! We were on the 39th floor and the view was amazing! The hotel was convenient walkable to bourbon street and other places. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

This property has some great amenities on site and Bourbon St is close walk from the hotel. Great Location, nice clean hotel with friendly staff.

The hotel is in a great spot and has good breakfast, but it's a bit outdated. The parking is bad and the pool is really small.

The property was very clean. The staff was friendly and the location was very convenient. I will say the lobby was very loud and the pool wasn’t very clean but overall our stay was great. I would stay here again.

Nice place with a view

Stayed here for one night before driving on to Florida with my husband and 2 small children. Never again. I don't think the hotel can help that the area it's located in is TRASHY. When I got out of my car to check in front of the hotel, 4 trannies offered me sex services, loud booming cars driving up/down the street, lots of dangerous looking people just standing around...and some of them trickled into the hotel lobby where it was crowded and noisy. Just NOT a place for a family to stop and stay. I noticed a more expensive hotel more on the riverfront didn't have as much riff raff hanging around it. New Orleans just isn't what I remembered. It's always crowded and crazy, I've just never felt as unsafe as I felt simply walking across the street to take my family to dinner! Never stopping in the town with kids ever again. Hotel was clean and had a beautiful view. Check-in was crazy but the staff was nice.

This property was in walking distance of everything while being far enough away to take a break. I met several staff members that's been there over 30 years. Thats speaks volumes and it shows. This is where ill be staying every time.
