The room appeared clean when I arrived, but it had a musky smell that lingered throughout my stay. I alergias the fact that the room was modern, nice sized sofa and bed, but the service wasn't the best. There was only one young lady on the night crew who was very accommodating and actually did what she said she was going to do in a timely manner, like send clean linens and an iron after I had called the previous shift hours before her shift, and they did not get me any of my requests.

Mike and the staff during the initial check-in made the process easy, fast welcoming, and displayed excellent hospitality.
Michelle at the bar and lounge was provide outstanding service, and prepared my food and beverage with the utmost care.
This very Courtyard By Marriott is the only hotel of my choice when visiting the Greenville area. My stay is always a home away from home.

I visited the Marriott of Greenville before and received a pleasant experience. Received the same experience this time around. The exception is the people blocking you in at the front entrance both sides of the car’s front and back for about 10 minutes.There should be a limit on how long someone park at the entrance and blocking others in, with the exception of checking in. It took me less than 5 minutes to settle my bill. I’m just hoping there is a resolution.

Bedding isn’t as nice as other Marriott properties I have been to. Lobby smells like soup. Very off-putting

This Courtyard was a convenient place to stay in Greenville. It was right next to Stax Omega, which is a good spot for breakfast or lunch. The pool was nice to relax in on those hot afternoons. And the hotel was near the interstate when we were traveling back and forth to those baseball games.

We had breakfast and we were served a rotten bagel, which I ate and my 3 year old also ate before we realized it was rotten. We did show it to the manager and they checked the rest of the bagels which were also rotten

We got a king room with the little sofa area and a balcony. The room was clean and beautiful. The pool was very nice and the hotel has nice areas to hang out in. A nice courtyard space as well. Would absutely stay here again.

The desk clerk was great! She gave us all the good locations to eat and shop. The property was very convenient to eating and shopping locations. Traffic is a little noisy while trying to sleep.

I guess it's just impossible to find a nice hotel anymore. They are always is disrepair and this one is no different. The elevator was all beat up and super slow. The sliders to the balcony were gross. And let's not forget the stink bugs. In the hallways and in our room. It was very hard to get a good nights sleep worrying about the bugs. I told the front desk when I checked out the next day and they were like "yeah, they're a thing". No offer of any type of compensation or anything. I won't be staying here again.
