Despite the hotel being very crowded for a nearby athletic event, the service was great. We especially enjoyed the "free breakfast" that came with our room, and the waiting staff was excellent. Terrific ambiance inside the huge atrium/entrance.

Reservation from Hotels.com indicated free breakfasts. First morning I was advised no free breakfast. Second morning as I was checking out, I was offered free breakfast at a time when I had to leave. I was disappointed and hungry with this mix-up.

You can forget getting an early check in at this hotel. We were attempting to checkin ar 1pm for a 3pm in Fresno. The manager indicated no rooms were clean.
But did suggest we could change in their restroom. We will no longer stay at this hotel in Fresno. Also indicated they had no cookies when we did check in.

Great hotel with everything you need for your stay. It feels safe, comfortable and clean. Can't say much for the area beyond the neighborhood, but the hotel is ideal for conferences downstairs, and access to the convention center and other venues across the street!

Very nice stay. The check in clerk was amazing—he gave me an extra cookie upon request. The surrounding area is not so good but that’s pretty typical of downtown areas.

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. It was perfect for my time in Fresno and offered dining, beautiful atrium entrance with a water feature and the room and staff were wonderful. I can't wait to return.

Everything was great except this time we stayed on the 8th floor and above us was the AC unit for the hotel. It made noise all night and we didn’t sleep. The time before this we stayed on a different floor and it was a perfect stay. Absolutely no noise at all whatsoever.

This hotel was so dark and dingy. Very hard to believe the prices ($400/nt) on a Wednesday. The elevator floors were super dirty - like surprisingly dirty. That said, the staff (front desk & restaurants) was super friendly but the facility was fair at best.

The property was close to the venue that I was going to directly across the street. The rooms were clean the only thing that I was not impressed with was the food for the breakfast it was microwaved sausage and quality could have been better but other than that overall everything was excellent I will be back.

We came to Fresno to catch the Grizzlie games! Centrally located and the service was superior. Flight was bumped and we were early, and they had no issue getting us into a room before check-in! The bar is nicely stocked and a great place to meet locals and other folks traveling. Such a fun weekend!

Very clean and spacious room. The hotel offers baby cribs. It was very comfortable.
There were a lot of problems with the electrical outlets and I could not charge my battery at the bedside.

Hotel was the perfect lodging to attend a concert at Selland Arena, a one minute walk. Ample safe parking. Excellent front desk customer service. Spacious room. Peets Coffe + a restaurant are located in the hotel. I’ve stayed here numerous times and have enjoyed each experience!

Very nice stay. Only problem was the young girl working in the restaurant. An older woman ask for her help and she was very rude. Rolled her eyes and said she was busy and go sit down and I’ll be with you in a min.
