Amazing gardens

Nice and clean

We stayed at this property previously back in January and loved it, so we booked it again when returning to the US. At check in, we have a pet, small quiet dog. We were told there would be a $35 pet fee, which we knew from staying in January. When charging the $35 pet fee, they charged us $804 pesos, which is approx $45. When I questioned her, she said, no that was correct and that it was because of taxes. I know for a fact my credit card was only charged $35 in January. I let it go as we had already had issues with our truck getting here, spending over 3 hours in the morning getting it fixed, then driving 6 hours to get here. We get to the room, all is fine until we try to put things in the refrigerator that need to keep cool, or they will spoil. The fridge BARELY cooled, I think the room was cooler than the fridge. We made sure it was plugged in and turned it all the way up. Still was not getting cold. Called the front desk. They sent someone out. He checked it, saw it was up all the way. We called back to the front desk and they basically said too bad, it’s turned up all the way. Not really a solution, we already knew that! Apparently there is something wrong with it. So now, we not only were overcharged, but have to throw away the food we had that needed to be refrigerated. Definitely not helpful front desk staff, and that was not the case in January. We will definitely be looking for a new hotel for next year.

Nice location with easy access but a little bit noisy due to a high car traffic avenue in front of one of the buildings

It is the first time I stay in this hotel. The staff is nice and friendly and the place in which is located, is very convenient if your visit is more for business. If it’s pleasure, it’s a little far away from the center, no near places to go shopping only a coffee place.

Excellent hotel for the business traveler that needs to be close to the Mexico-Puebla highway. The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful and the restaurants are both very good; my favorite is the Mexican Café with an above average breakfast brunch offerings.There are many good hotels in Puebla and I keep coming back because their high service level and food quality.Rooms are clean and reasonable spacious. Water pressure is very good and the bathroom has nice toiletry items.I tend not to book the Executive Rooms as I feel it is quite a walk up/down the hill to those apartments. The rooms are the same as the main section (there are modern looking apartment in the left annex building) and are in a quieter area; the meal area is nice but the breakfast variety is better in the café upstairs.Book this hotel whenever you need expedite service and good rooms for a reasonable price.

Hotel staff were fantastic. Room was very clean and attractive and functional, beds very comfortable. Only issue was that we could not make the shower work except in "telephone" mode where you have to hold it. Asked them to fix but that did not happen. Room service meal was the best I have had anywhere and I travel a lot for business. Had a made-to-order salad, carpaccio and wine, beautifully served and it arrived in less than 10 minutes. However, the last day I ordered in the restaurant outside and the carpaccio was not the same. A little dried out, hardly any greens, and there was no custom salad on the menu so I was a bit disappointed. The first meal was one of the best I have had anywhere; the second was not the note I would have liked to have ended the stay on. That said, the grounds were lovely, the room was fantastic, the housekeeping is top-notch, the doormen were also top-tier. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the newer part of the hotel which is quite modern, comfortable and clean. The service is top notch — even though we had a minor snafu with room service we still appreciate the kindness and dedication of the staff. Great buffet also!

The staff are very accommodating. We had two rooms for two nights in the executive room section which offered us a complimentary breakfast and light snacks in the evening. Drinks were cash though. Gym area was well appointed with weights and machines. Pool area is nice to spend the afternoon. Only room for improvement was at breakfast. Have more coffee, plates, utensils ready Fix the coffee machine that makes alternatives to regular coffee. Wait staff were too busy running for plates and coffee to service everyone. Otherwise, a great benefit for executive area.
