Hotel was amazing.food was great.rooms are comfortable and pool is amazing..but the bathroom flooded 3-5 mins into shower.showers had to be short to avoid flooding the vanity area.

Very comfortable hotel with walking distance to the city centre.

Great hotel in the heart of the area but not hecti. Was absolutely beautiful to be surprised with a Happy Anniversary balloon arrangement and cake in celebration of our anniversary. Made the mini vacation romantic. The mattress on the bed was quite hard on my back, making it difficult to sleep but a mi or inconvenience for a wonderful trip.

Close to transportation, food and shopping

Fourth time we have stayed at this hotel and the room this trip was disappointing . Small room with one window facing a brick wall which was rather disappointing . Everything else was perfect , cleanliness , facilities and food .

I book 2 room due to family holiday. I staying at connecting room. But, one room toilet water pressure very low. Lift not so fast when peak season time, need wait long time. Parking not so convenient , car park very narrow with limited parking lot.

Great location, excellent facilities

Great location and super friendly experience. The Club room upgrade was worth it. The evening ‘snack’ Buffet was a full dinner in my opinion and it was good. The breakfast add on is a must! Worth every penny. Exceptional experience. My only complaint is I paid for a room upgrade and when I got there the only Club room they had was room 510 - which is a nice room but had FULL OBSTRUCTION- no view of any sort. It was dark and I need light! I felt a bit let down on that aspect.

The staff were amazing.

1st time stay in this hotel.. Happy overall.. the service staff is friendly and attentive.. ready to help.. thanks to Mandy this lady even remembered me where I preferred seating area. Her service is impeccable. I will be back . Please improve on your car park.. abit of hellish experience driving in.. should be better maintenance and plenty of lighting and signage.. give me a scared.

The weather was good! It’s near to many amenities! I’m spoilt on the various choices of cuisines. And it’s a shop till u drop area.

Very clean hotel. Nice ambience. Comfortable bed. Could improve on the blinds for the bathroom tho - even when blinds are down, there is still a gap between blinds and window, making the toilet visible from outside. Making up room services a tad slow as compared to other hotels. Otherwise, nice comfortable stay. Accessible - right across from Sungei Wang and 5mins from Lot10

Excellent stay for 5 nights at Park Royal Collection. Very close to the main area in Bukit Bintang if you want to walk.

Room was nice, not as nice as other family members had even though i booked for all of us at same time. Breakfast for first 2 mornings was ok. Staff were not as eager to help out, didn't seem to have direction and just stood around waiting for us to approach them. Tables were not cleared quickly. That changed considerably when Syaffik was there for rest of week. Very efficient and helpful and always smiling, couldn't do enough for all guest's. Made the start to our morning much nicer. Lounge and bar was a nice place to meet up but food was a disappointment as it was mostly cold when served. That needs to be addressed as club sandwiches, chips and sliders are not appetising when lukewarm or cold. Hotel is very convenient for shopping,restaurants, monorail and hop on hop off bus.

Rooms are small, doesnt really have anywhere for two suitcases. Staff always seem flustered and rushed, not alot of organisation. Location is great. Walking distance to most places

Traffic a bit heavy - possibly due to Singapore long weekend. Otherwise no complain.

I would have rated it 5 stars, wasn’t there a noise issue in one night. There was a party at one of the floors and it was loud and hearable in our room… a hotel of this standing must ensure sound isolation…

The location of the hotel was good and I was able to enjoy my stay. It was a room on the twentieth floor, but it was a pity that I could hear the sound of the next door.

Door not soft closing. Very noisy at night time n early morning. Disappointed with club stay. Breakfast is ok.

It was a perfect 2days.Upon arrival was greeted warmly and they gave me early check in which l needed badly as was not so well.Good clean room. Nearby many shopping malls and nightlife.Breakfast was good and club lounge served varity of food and drinks. Had amazing stay.Have been stayinh i. This hotel for many yrs whenever l travel to KL.

Hotel is conveniently located, near to train station and malls. Down-side is the noise from corridor especially night time and early morning. People talking loudly or slamming their room door. Perhaps the hotel can look into soft closing for their doors. Also, two out of the four nights, the room cleaning team did not provide the hand towels.

Excellent room, excellent location, only issue is the long wait to check-in…under staffed here or the systems are super slow to load customer booking details etc.

We were upgraded to the Pan Pacific suites. It was a beautiful apartment on the 17th floor. It was completely unexpected & a nice surprise. Great location, surrounded by restaurants, shops & monorail.

Check in was super easy, staff courteous. Room allocation not the best, just ok. Bathroom lighting absolutely disappointing - majorly lacking. Bed comfortable. Aircon not easiest to adjust
