It is a bit rundown no refrigerator in room nor tv channels atleast there was wifi staff was friendly

Normandie hotel has nice greenery, big trees, cool breeze, Chirping birds. Rooms are neat & clean. Pool is nice, relaxing, private with palm trees around. Reception is 24/7. However all ground staff leave after 6pm. If you need help in the night, Reception could only give phone support. Check in & out was smooth. However there are no proper sign boards to guide visitors to reception, pools, restaurent etc. Car park is full of cars during the day. And the hotel and reception are in a elevation. No bell boy service to help with guests luggage. Most of rooms are in 1st floor, with only stairs to climb (with luggage). The hotel has no restaurent by itself, but associated with private restaurent on grounds. Breakfast included with room is basic with small portions. Over all the hotel is nice, with a colonial style architecture, greenary, birds etc, but there is scope for improvement to make guests comfortable as pointed out above.

Lovely hotel to stay in, very clean and quiet. Staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious!

The room had mosquitoes in it. One light out of three in the bathroom wes working. TV being free was not working. Plus a smell of mold permeated through the entire room

I did not like anything, I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is really bad.

The room did not live up to any pictures of description at all. No staff on site at check in, only a security who had to make phone calls for a while to find my room. The room was dirty, mold in cabinets, dirty rusty refrigerator etc. Paint falling of interior and exterior. Water takes 5-10 mins to get hot. I requested a different room, and they promised me to get back to me. I never heard back, and ended up moving out of the hotel, loosing a day of paid stay.

The restaurant on site Ciao! was very good, a little expensive but worth staying in for two dinners and breakfasts. Tour company Island Experiences on site, our city&beach tour and guide Janelle were great!

Room was not soundproof! Conversations and the shuffling of persons traversing the hallway can be heard loudly. Footsteps from persons in the room above can also be heard. The view out the Room window was that of electrical generators which gave off annoying humming sounds the entire stay. No blackout curtains... so the electrical room was well lit, thus illuminating the bedroom throughout the night.

The property is unique since there is the local effect. No busyness of modern day hotels and lobby issues. The hotel is located in area of forest and alot of greenery including parrots and other beautiful species which flies over to the nearby mountain range. I would take this over the Hyatt since I love peace when i am vacationing.

Access to the hotel is somewhat problematic. The entrance to the street is so narrow that two cars moving in different directions cannot be in it at the same time. There is no circular access to the hotel lobby door from the road; a taxi must drop off a guest and then reverse to exit the property. There is no elevator to the floor above the ground floor. My room was like an attic with two small windows that gave onto a dirty, neglected roof-top area. Linen seemed un-fresh, corners of the room were dirty, and the air conditioning unit was old and extremely loud. So although the staff members were all extremely kind and helpful, l definitely did not receive value for money.

Excellent hotel in a great neighborhood (right behind the President’s and Prime Minister’s residences). Clean, old style, good service. And reasonably priced.

We got a room in a corner without daylight. It was difficult to get an upgradede room.
The food in restaurant was excellent.
The fitness area was closed. The location was too far away from center, so we paid a lot of money to taxi drivers.

This hotel is amongst the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I can’t even begin to find one good thing about this hotel. It’s dirty and dysfunctional in its layout, and the staff is inept.

Hotel is a little dated, A.C. noisy. Issue with No water in room. Maintenance had left for the night so rather than moving me (Hotel was half empty. They gave me key to another room to use bathroom not to move into... water was brown so did not use.

Bra Service, bra frukost, mysigt med lilla poolen, bra läge.

Even though the place was nice and clean and small the bed was way to small and the air condition should of been placed away from the bed , it was right on me and I couldn’t direct it anywhere else and the towels was way to hard but it was in a great location
