Stayed here for an event at Johns Hopkins. Clean room, bedding very comfy. Next to My 1st Rooms Windows a broken loud shaken kitchen air-vent or so, front Staff putted me in an other room, every thing was nice and profession ell handed. Breakfast and Happy Hours Reception were supers.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly! The hotel was conveniently located to Baltimore where my daughter and I attend the Usher concert. I would definitely stay here again if in the area

The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the shuttle drivers. Loved the breakfast and rooms were clean. The only negative thing was the AC did not seem to be working on the main level but they had set up portable AC units to keep it comfortable. We always look for Embassy Suites' as they have never disappointed.

The Carpet in room 320 was not very clean, the bath room could use an upgrade. The noice levels at night were very high , could hardly sleep . and the Air conditioner noice was very loud.

I stayed at the Embassy BWI several times. The first room was assigned to had no AC air circulation in the bedroom. I called downstairs and I was first told no vacancies and the room would be a downgrade. Next I was assigned the same room on the lower floor down. It was the same issue poor AC circulation in the room. It was late and I couldn’t be bothered to change rooms. The next morning with the don’t disturb sign on the door knob housekeeping still try to enter the room this was before checkout. He had an attitude because he couldn’t get in. I will definitely reconsider before staying again.

There mold spots on the vents in the ceiling. There was also liquid dripping from those vents . The air-conditioning was not working in the lobby

Normally I love Embassy Suites . This time not so much . The common areas were incredibly hot . There were big fans all around . When I checked in I felt something dripping on me . I looked up and what appeared to be a vent had some liquid leaking from it. It was covered in black spots which looked like mold

Come to Baltimore for training purposes on a regular basis. This is my favorite hotel to stay in.

Pool had rusted screws sticking out of a wobbly ladder with sharp edges. Hot tub was room temperature, rooms were not ready till 5:30pm (which is understandable sometimes on a saturday arrival) however staff denied us access to the hotel amenities while waiting for our room. Air conditioning was not working in the lobby either. All around terrible property with a poorly trained front desk staff.

The pool was only open one day and they closed the pool early. The first night I arrived the room I was given had a major leak the carpet was extremely wet. The room I was moved to refrigerator did not work. I order intracart someone took my order it was redelivered and that to was missing until I complained and some how they found it. My whole vacation was trouble.

this by far was one of the best hotel stays we have had. we travel on business every weekend and this hotel was wonderful the rooms were affordbale and clean, the staff was the best, never seen nicer kinder people . the breakfast int he morning was fabulous which made Father's day even nicer. They even had an omlet station that you had your omlet made just how you like it and then you could go make your own waffles !

Very convenient for shopping, only issue was the refrigerator was broken and the tub was clogged. Besides that it was a nice time.

This is a very nice hotel and we always stay here since it is close to the airport and family. The staff are excellent and really try to make your feel welcome. the breakfast buffet and made to order omelet station is really great. The coffee is perfect. However... I don't feel safe in the area. The area, like much of Baltimore has deteriorated.

What I like about the embassy is there rooms are nice and I like the breakfast offerings but I don’t the fact that some food is not hot Some breakfast staff were rude. The elevators were not working only one! Usually my stay is good but I noticed it seems to be diminishing in some areas. I will say the front desk people tried their best to be accommodating

It was just ok. We stayed during a prom night and people rented rooms for kid's to get ready. Alot of people and Alot of Marijuana smoking. Would not return to this Embassy again.
