Always nice and clean with friendly staff

This is actually a mixed review for Hilton Garden Inns. I had a lovely stay in Corning, where I was told that I had Hilton Honors status. The very next day I found myself in downtown Buffalo and badly needed a bathroom. I was happy to find another Hilton Garden Inn, where I assumed I'd be welcome. Instead I found that despite my status, I was unwelcome to use the lobby bathroom. It was as disappointing as it was dehumanizing, and (speaking of unwelcome), was an unwelcome reminder that the honors program is about customer manipulation, not about actual customer appreciation.

Nice stop over on our way to Maine. Would stay again.

The hotel was in a great location for our tour of Corning Glass and our visit to beautiful downtown Corning. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were welcoming. Parking was ample and convenient. And we were only a minute away from Corning Glass!

Very convenient location. Stopped on the way back from a conference. The hotel is next to the glass museum. The glass museum is a whole day activity.

Great clean property…great food options and clean hotel. Only gripe would be why they stop serving coffee at 1:00pm

When we arrived we had the unfortunate experience of having the elevator drop suddenly making a horrible noise, stuck between floors and then started to vibrate uncontrollably. We hit the alarm and within a minute the elevator dropped suddenly to the main floor. We went immediately to front desk who was standing there with maintenance obviously about to respond to the alarm. It appeared that they knew about the problem but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. However even after our reporting, the next day, we heard other people had the same experience. There is obviously no safety protocols being followed. Those elevators should have been shut down immediately but were not. No call ever to us from management either. It was a fairly traumatic experience. We took the stairs the entire rest of our stay. Otherwise, Corning was a great place to visit during GlassFest.

The flavored water available at the entry was refreshing. The dining staff was especially welcoming, prompt, courteous and engaging.

Hotel was easy to find! Convenient location, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff was super helpful. Little snack shop at the front proved very useful. The pool is warm and perfect for the kids and the gym was small yet stocked with goodies like a peloton and TRX. I’d recommend enjoying dinner elsewhere if you have the choice.

It was extremely close (5 min walk) to the museum. The room was extremely clean, which is a huge must for me! The price was very reasonable as well. Plenty of parking. Only wish was that breakfast was included. However, the buffet breakfast was reasonably priced and they were even kind enough to accommodate a family member's allergens. Wonderful experience here!

I like the location, friendly staff and clean facilities. Fire pits outside the hotel was a great place to chill with glass of wine at evening time.

The staff was friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean and in excellent condition. When a member of our party had an issue unrelated to our stay, the hotel manager Shannon was fantastic. Thank you for your help Shannon. You are a star!

Great location from which to explore Corning. Be aware of the morning factory horn next door! But the location and quality here couldn’t be better. I’ll stay here each time I return.

This place is excellent. I was surprised by just how nice it is. The staff was very friendly. The pool was very clean and a nice size. Our room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. It looked almost brand new. Overall, an awesome place to stay.
