staff was polite and helpful; breakfast was done nicely; area was fine; but, room seemed rundown.

Stayed 2 nights recently in September. Check in was handled fine. Free parking and the morning breakfast was a bonus. Roon was spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable. Bath/shower area was recently caulked and clean.

This was the perfect place for a quick overnight stop for a multi day drive. Reasonable price for the area, 24 hr front desk, easy parking, and close to gas stations and the highway.

Staff was great. Helpful about dining selections. We had asked for a king room first floor and when that wasn’t available she found a room with 2 beds on the first floor. Room was comfortable. Liked walk-in shower The property was very nice. Close to the highway. Would stay again

The bathroom was clean, but needed a total makeover to bring it into the 21st century. The faucet was pitted, the shower head looked like it was 30 years old and never cleaned. The towels (bath, hand, and face) were cheap thin cotton, and the bath towel was medium size. There were no robe hooks in the bathroom, but holes in the door and wall where there used to be one or more at some time. The breakfasts were OK, but the bacon was swimming in bacon fat. It could have been drained and dried before putting it out for the guests. The toasters appeared to be quite old and did a poor job of actually toasting. My English muffin took two rounds of toasting on the darkest setting before actually getting browned and crunchy. The breakfast area furniture looked like it was in need of replacing. Very dated and old looking. The left side entrance to the building needed repainting and made to look more welcoming to guests like me who used it. It looked more like a neglected space that no one cared about. Carpets looked old and dingy throughout the building. The whole building simply looks like it needs a makeover to make it warm and inviting instead of an old hotel from the '70s. I do want to say that the staff I interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping staff were working hard every morning.

The comments from others about the floors (especially bathrooms) being dirty is correct. I don’t think anyone has washed the corners of the bathroom floors for months. The beds were comfortable. We won’t risk staying at any other Quality Inns ever again.

Pool was closed only reason we chose this hotel. A one woman wonder - she ran the desk, the breakfast, cleaned, felt bad for her.

breakfast was good, but dining area is tight. fire place area was a nice touch but dirty and trash everywhere.

We rented this property for the beautiful pool, that was broken when we got there. It ruined the whole stay. $215.00 for a room and no pool for one night. What a rip off. I will never rent with expedia again.

The pool was closed. The pillows are bad. About breakfast: the orange juice wasn't a juice, it was just a water with some colour. The gouh for pancakes was so liquidy, so your pancakes from the machine are too watery. But it was clean, and staff was nice

The housekeeping staff was very rude. On my last day, I was needing 2 towels to shower before I check out. I saw the housekeeping staff in the hallway and asked for towels. She did not want to give me one and asked me to "wait for my turn." Explaining to her my urgency, she shoved one towel to me while murmuring words of discontentment. I asked why she was so rude but she continued murmuring complaints about too much workload etc. I asked for her name as I was going to complain to the manager, and she replied "I am the head of housekeeping." When I complained at the frontdesk, I was told the manager would call me. 3 days had passed but no one called. I complained to hotel.com customer service and was told to expect a call. It has been 10 days and I never received any call.

Wonderful one night stay! We did not stay for breakfast so cannot comment on that. We simply stopped in late night to crash and up early to move on. Comfortable beds, clean bedding. Helpful and courteous check in staff.

We choose this hotel as it was close to the Corning Museum of Glass. We also thought a swimming pool was a bonus. The pool was closed for maintenance. The front desk clerk offered to cancel and reimburse us but after a long day of driving we decided to stay anyway. If I had known the pool was closed I would have booked my hotel 15 minutes away and pay much less for the same type of hotel.

Comfortable beds and convenient to Market Street, downtown Corning. We ate at the 9 Elephants which was very enjoyable. It was one of the few restaurants that was open on the Sunday evening that we arrived in Corning.

Bathroom light could have worked better...hard to see in there. But everything else good

We were on the first floor and liked that and Breakfast was really good and the lady at the front desk was so nice 🙂 No Complaints at all actually

I enjoyed the location which is somewhat like a residential area in part. The tub wall needed touch up paint in one spot. The nearby ice cream place was already closed for the season but a pizza place was open and okay for a quick hit. The surprise was a choice of hot food at breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausages, make your own waffles.

Everything was great for a quick one night stay.

Side yard seemed to be a party area and that was our easiest entry point. Garbage, cigarettes and other stuff on the ground. Our bathroom sink was plugged. I wouldn't stay there again.

This Quality Inn was within walking distance of the Corning Museum of Glass and the Rockwell Museum as well as Corning's beautiful downtown. The facility was attractive, clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the poolside towel service. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Quality Inn of Corning greatly enhanced our enjoyment of this stop on our road trip.

Mediocre hotel, dusty smell carpet as mentioned by others. Otherwise ok. Like the EV charger on the property. Staffs are good.
