Bathroom left a lot to be desired. TV in bedroom did not work

The elevators were broken for the entire stay. I don’t mind the stairs outside of the heavy luggage. The place isn’t well maintained or clean as our room had long term spider webs in it. The breakfast smelled and tasted off, we didn’t eat it after the first bite and for the remaining days.

Our stay was amazing, and I wish I remembered the lady’s name that checked us in. She was very nice and helpful. Let us know about the happy hour as well as dining options outside of the hotel. Breakfast was very good, great place and near many attractions. We went to Watkins Glen Park.

The elevator was broken and they offered nothing as reward for the trouble. Only rooms in the 2nd floor. Also they don’t provide cots.

Upon checking into this 2 bedroom suite with kitchen, we noticed that the upholstered chair was ripped and absolutely filthy. While I always have a "bedbug protocol" this tipped me off to be especially thorough. I put on my headlamp, and stripped all the bedding off the bed, and lo and behold, underneath the sheet on top of the mattress protector were two bugs. One an adult brown bug and the other looked to be a nymph. I was able to take a picture and a video of the baby bug scurrying for cover. (This was in broad daylight so I can't imagine what it would have been like at night!). We immediately went to the front desk and showed the video. After a call to the manager, our room was refunded. Fortunately we were able to find another suite in a great hotel, but that doesn't make up for the trauma, or having to wash/dry/freeze everything in my suitcase when I got back home. Some things I just had to throw out.

The hotel was overall decent, free breakfast was good. Elevators were out if service all 4 night of our trip which was a bit annoying with 3 kids having to go up and down stairs everytime we went in/out, but we made the best of it

The suite was SUPERB! Mattresses were great, wifi worked well, lots to like. The service was exceptional - a great team and culture. Breakfast was one of the best, with many kosher options. Negatives: Elevators were broken. And for some reason several of us had an allergic reaction to the Dove Body Wash in the showers. Fortunately you sold benadryl in the pharmacy...

Loved everything except for food. The stuff and the property is excellent. Highly recommend for families with kids. Both elevators were broken, but I assume it’s temporary.

We had paid for two rooms. We were placed on the third floor with a broken elevator. They managed to find us a two bedroom suite but were not able to give us back the difference in money.

The location was great for the Corning Glass Museum. Room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was fine. Staff was great and friendly. However every elevator in the hot was out of order even though they in direct location. How can that be. Bring luggage to the second or third floor was a real problem.

It was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Only down fall was the pull out sofa. It mattress was hard.

Room was clean, furniture was well worn, no ice, bed was ok, breakfast was good. Not a 4 star stay. Better hotels around area for money paid.

Clean, Comfortable, Spacious, Quiet

The room has full kitchen which is surprising. The area is quite and the room is big.

Check in staff were nice but clearly overwhelmed with a large noisy group and seemed undestaffed. Despite a friendly greeting on our end, check out staff were surprisingly very short, almost rude unfortunately. Breakfast buffet was very basic and little choices, but spread out to reduce crowding which was good. Buffet staff were very friendly. Courtyard and pool were nice and pool water a good temperature. Suites were clean with decent sized space and bathrooms. Small functional kitchen hrlpfil for longer stays. Overall we paid $400US a night for our suite as we needed extra space for our family of 5 but to us, other than the extra space it was not a $400 a night experience or value. I would avoid high season and stay here when prices are more reasonable to match the value of the stay. Definitely convenient as you can walk to the Corning Museum of Glass and it is quiet, next to a residential area. Overall a decent choice but avoid high season prices to match service / amenity expectations.

Room is very spacious, refrigerator was making ice and had to get ice from the front desk which took a long time. The beds are very uncomfortable and make loud noise from the springs when you sit on it or move around on the bed.
