Rust all over the bathroom install a fan

This hotel was actually quite great for the price and the location. Outside is a couple of rundown motels and its not the best location. But the staff and the hotel itself are amazing. The front desk staff always greet you upon entry and they never once made me feel unsafe or like I was bothering them. They were always so nice. My room was clean and everything was to my liking. Housekeeping wasnt invasive but you could ask for them to come more than once a day. Breakfast was included and they had coffee. Just an overall great experience. Truly recommend staying here for a cheaper get away/staycation. Lots of food options around and the mall is across the street as well.

The room was a nice size. It was a non-smoking room with a king size bed. The bed was so close to the AC unit that you had to turn sideways When we stayed in August, they were doing renovations. They are now completed. However, renovations were not done throughout the entire hotel.

The hotel was clean however it did not have a hair dryer and the smoke detector needed a battery replacement. Also, the elevators were not working. Upon bringing this to the attention of the front desk, they provided batteries (wrong size) for me to replace it in the smoke detector myself. I just removed the smoke detector to avoid the constant chirping. The hair dryer issue - it was mentioned that people just take them with them so, apparently they aren't replaced or inventoried when someone checks out. Otherwise, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the bed was situated too close to the wall to get out comfortably on the side closest to the wall. I see others complained about the same issue.

Very nice, peaceful, clean, confortable

I would stay again my critiques are minor. Main rooms looked new, even as pictured on ads. Linens and towels were fresh and soft. The room seemed very clean for the most part, but the maid missed a large tuff of animal hair in the corner of the floor ontop base of the floor lamp, and an animal treat under the coffee table. The bottom drawer of the dresser was broken and wouldn't close, a trip hazard. Very little walking room beside the King bed on the window side next to the AC, Bathroom looked like a very old one with a new coat of paint, mold appearing from under the new caulk, tub drains very slow, so while showering you had to stand in a couple of inches of water. Brand New sink and stand. Nothing scary you can tell they are working hard at fixing it up, I would stay again, the hotel felt safe and clean. Front desk and other staff were friendly helpful and pleasant, all asking if you needed anything. Breakfast was ok, other than no fruit or pastries it was normal, cearials waffles, rubber pancakes, scrambled eggs sausage biscuits and gravy, and hash browns that needed to be browned. The breakfast area was clean, needs a little organizing, packets of oatmeal no where near hot water, cereal away from the milk. It would be nice to have some vegan milk, and herbal teas. Very much appreciated the walnuts!

I enjoyed my stay but the elevators was not working & it was very inconvenient for me to take stairs to the 3rd floor
