As with most places in Eureka Springs, this is a no frills motel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was on the backside of the property and was in a dark area. The room had a musty odor. After some Lysol it was fine. The pool and hot tub were nice! There was an empty lot next door that allowed trailer parking so that’s great for everyone hauling their classic cars in. We weren’t expecting fancy so it fit our vibe well.

Wonderful hotel located just a quick drive frim the historic downtown area. Very comfortabke and clean rooms. Exceptional indoor pool and hot tub. Really enjoyed our stay!

We slept fine, but this room was gross honestly! I know alot of people stay in these rooms, but it was run down. I'm glad I had some rewards to use & didn't pay full price out of my pocket. I thought Wyndham would keep up the property, but it was bad.

Staff were awesome!! Rooms are a bit dated, clean & comfy. The HOT BREAKFAST was fantastic….scrambled eggs, gravy w/o meat, fresh biscuits, sausage patties, fresh waffles, cereal, yogurt, OJ & apple juice, etc.

Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Breakfast was good. I’m 4 foot 9 and the toilets were too small for me. I have a bad back and I was afraid I was falling using it. Bathtub floors were very slippery.

The room was not the cleanest. "BED BUGS"!!!!!!!! in one of the beds. Had to ask for towels & tissues. Didn't strightn up the room after each night stay. Breakfast was not good at all,

Bugs were big, dog in next room barking and scratching on wall, construction crew tearing metal roof off at 7 am , run power tools out side of room. smell in room was unbearable. No number on room. Staff at breakfast would not let you eat because of telling personal stories. Had to drive to get to the breakfast. Last time I will stay in a super 8.

This hotel seemed to have lots.of rules which i understand but some many dos and dont signs in the room. The toilets are the size for little kids and seriously need new mattresses. More cleaning in pool area such as the windows. It could be very nice pool area.

The free popcorn available at night was outstanding. Facilities including room could be a bit cleaner but acceptable.

The commode in our room was a child’s height!!!!!!!!! Of all the hotels we have stayed at we have never found a commode in the bathroom so small!!! It was not even normal height! I have knee problems and I am 5’6 and my husband is 5’9’ and when you sat down your knees were so far up and nothing to help pull you up!!!

I was a little surprised when I went to check out and found out that there wasn’t anyone available at the service desk at night! The person didn’t come in until 7:00 AM, my problem is if an emergency came up there would not be anyone we could go to! I will not stay there again unless I know someone will be there at night!

The outdoor stairways were rusty and had caution tape around them. The rooms were hard to navigate to from the office of the hotel. Everything looked like it had water damage. The air conditioner was noisy and never seemed to really cool the room. Breakfast was set up awkwardly and shoved into a corner. The reception people were very blah. There was a large, smelly construction dumpster taking up several close parking spaces, it had no construction materials in it.

Room was great except didn’t have a table and chairs. The parking was atrocious. Didn’t have room to park on the East side by our rooms. Not enough space to park properly and then had a roll off dumpster taking 5 prime parking spaces. The pool and hot tub were great and the movies every night were awesome. Breakfast was awesome and the staff was outstanding.

For the price it was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hot breakfast was delicious. It was at a great location. We were on a sister's trip and all of us enjoyed our stay very much. We would definitely stay here again.

I want to do a fair review. The first night was terrible. But the second night was excellent. First night. Room smells like cigarettes and I'm highly allergic. No other rooms so i wait and stay. Property was is poor condition. Exterior stairs were literally falling apart. Pieces of the stairs fell off right in front of us!! However interior stais were fine. Indoor Pool was awesome but cold. Definitely not heated as advertised. Jacuzzi was excellent. They played an 8pm movie at the pool each night whoch was fun. Second night they were able to switc our rooms thank god! Much better room. No mildew smells or smoke smells. Bed was more comfortable too. Different shower head also. I have tons of pics I wil upload to google.

Upon check in, the front desk lady informed us that a tree from a recent storm had fallen on the hester to the hot tub. We were past the canceling window, so we decided to stay. And I'm glad we did. They did fix the hot tub. Very friendly check in on Monday night.. But the lady on duty on Tuesday evening was rude..said the hot tub was out of order and we needed to get out of it! The outside of the building is very outdated and is in need of repairs. There's an employee that was wearing a red baseball cap ..backwards.. Totally unprofessional looking! No name tag..no uniform.. Not a good look for this hotel.. I would stay here again..

Amazing, the staff, the breakfast, the parking a little funky, but when the storms hit, they stayed positive and answered any questions we had, would definitely stay again.

This is a nice place to stay. The Breakfast was very good, they had a variety of things like biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, and sausage along with cereal, yogurts and juices. They had a nice indoor pool but it was so full, I never used it. I was only there 1 night but I would definitely stay there again. The price was good and has friendly staff.

Because the elevator was broken, we had to climb 2 flights of outside stairs. The stairs were being supported by two large columns which had caution tape surrounding them. Upon further inspection, we noticed the columns had been on fire and burned on the inside, and partially boarded up. (Thus, the caution tape) But that's how we had to get to our room! When we entered the room it was 90°, because there was absolutely NO AIR turned on! We stayed 3 nights and only had 2 towels/2 washcloths, had to walk to front desk and ask for more, then wait for them to go find some. TV remote didn't work.Breakfast gravy was so scorched it was inedible. Powdered eggs. Coffee sludge seemed like it was from the day before. Tornado warning sirens went off at 2am, and desk clerk didn't know what to do. He finally decided to put us in lower corridor/hall with glass doors. When we suggested to let us in laundry storage room (interior concrete room with no windows), he said he did not have keys to any of those rooms. Whole experience was unacceptable! Just thankful the tornado didn't touch down.

The office folks were nice, they were able to get us on a ground floor. The breakfast was good - no complaints!!!

The staff was great very friendly and helpful...the breakfasts was good ..the pool and pool area was awsome ..love watching a movie at nite in the pool or lounging in a chair eating yummy popcorn ...

The only complaint I have is the hair found in my tub attached the the stopper. But they did remedy it by moving us to a new room so that was a plus.
