The hotel was 3 blocks from the train station. It was not near the center of Ghent. The tram was not easy to navigate.

They were at the moment by renoveting. It will be very nice. We had gratis breakfast becaouse of the renovation. They were veti kind.

The Hotel was very clean and staff was always helpful. The garage was closed but it was easy to park on the street, however it was not that cheap, but the hotel informed us upfront so that was fair. It's a 20-30 min walk to the historic center. Many restaurants are close by. The hotel is very close to the train station. We had a room facing the street but could not hear the traffic noise. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

My husband and I stayed here May 2024 on a vacation from Canada. We rented a car at CDG airport and drove to Ghent. The hotel was very easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It was cleaned every day for us. The breakfast cost 20 euro but was well worth the price. The food was delicious with lots of variety and everything was freshly made. They even had bacon which is always a bonus for me! There is not a lot of parking in the area but we lucked out and always found a spot. Parking was free but I believe that's only because we were there on a weekend. There is public transportation right in front of the hotel and it is only a 5 minute walk to the Ghent St Pieters train station so it is very accessible. There weren't many restaurant options nearby but that wasn't a big deal for us. It was a great stay and we would recommend it to anyone.

Very warm and helpful welcome. Hotel very convenient for St Pieter's station. Generous continental breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon too. My room a little on the small side (for two); but fine for a short stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Watch out for the underground parking, the ramp is quite steep and tight turn at the bottom.

Lovely hotel, clean comfortable bed and excellent bathroom with both bath and separate shower. Water, coffee and tea available. Only criticism, the air conditioning was not working - we were told just on the 6th floor. It 25 degrees whilst we were staying. We were offered and accepted an electric fan, and advised to keep the windows open. Not ideal as the street was noisy late at night and early morning.

Very clean and new inside as recently upgraded. Unfortunately AC was not available yet but is being switched on next week. Windows could only be fully open or fully closed.

Well placed, near the Station and a park

Perfect positioned just a few minutes easy walk from Ghent St. Peters Station. Also situated on a main Tram route for reaching the City Centre. A very clean hotel with cheerful and helpful staff. I

Right next to the train station. Was very clean and comfortable.

The bathroom is renovated, comfortable, but not enough soap for hand wash and shower .The room is clean but old, maybe they still renovating. The TV is very small, has a closet next to it, when open the closet, it hits the TV.

New renovated hotel. Very Clean. Short walk from train station.Staff very helpful, you can leave luggage at reception. Highly recommend this hotel.

I only scored low because the property is undergoing renovation but I knew that when I booked. Otherwise a good place to stop overnight In.

It should be listed that the hotel is two blocks from the train station and the tram is directly in front of the hotel. This makes the hotel very convenient for tourist.

Good location as directly opposite the number one tram which brings you into the centre. Likewise, the train station is close by. There's a few bars and restaurants but really you want to get straight to the centre. The hotel is comfy, staff were helpful, breakfast was good. But reception shuts at 11 so no time for a late one inthf bar.

sewage smell in the room, has to cover the toilet and keep washroom door closed at all time. Noisy, you can hear people going up & down the stairs, clearly hear what they were saying in your room. Location is excellent. Tram station outside the hotel. Will take you to all attractions in downtown. Staff are very nice, helpful and pleasant. Room was very cold (April) and they found me a heater somewhere else.

5 min walk from station. Tram stop outside hotel or pleasant 30 min walk to old town. Spacious room & lovely staff.

clean, comfortable and close to the train station

All is very good except trams on the street that make lots of noise if you keep the windows open. Nice personal, lots of food places around. Clean rooms with the boiling pot and tea bags. Nice shower , speedy wifi. 35 min by train to Brussels, 5 min by tram to the center of Gent.

I chose this hotel because of the parking and accessibility to the city (on foot 15-20 m to the historical center but easy access with tram, uber etc). Breakfast was good, parking is a bit narrow for a big car but only 15 eur per day. Staff very friendly. Room was spacious and clean with all basic amenities. Overall a nice stay.
