The sheet and pillows had blood spots I paid for breakfast and they still charged me. Sent a complaint and got someone to call ne she was rude and said since I wasn’t a Hilton rewards member and I used hotels.com. There was nothing she could do about it. I took pictures and sent them to them. Also we checked in at 10 o’clock. The restaurant was closed already. There was no place to get food. And the woman who checked us in was extremely rude and every time I ask a question she was put out. The bathroom ceiling wasn’t finished.

Not great. Nothing wrong with the service but the place is in need of a serious overhaul / complete refitting. Smells old, carpets worn, tap in bathroom dripping, a/c was full blast cold air no matter what setting was applied. Just old, worn, sad.

We had to change rooms because of an issue with the shower. The bathrooms in both rooms had rust and dirt. The tubs/showers were not clean. The restaurant staff ignored us and were not friendly when we did get service.

Would appreciate use of a shuttle to include airports and downtown conference centre
If not might have to look at hotel closer to downtown

Have stayed here numerous times. However this time my laptop was stolen from my room when I left to go to a meeting. Staff didn’t seem to care or even bothered to call me back. Will not stay here again!

The hotels location was convenient for the business I was there for. It is extremely dated and doesn’t feel clean (carpet stains, poor lighting, the wait staff in the bar etc). Every night the third floor was like walking into a cloud of marijuana smoke as well as it coming through the vents in my room.

I absolutely loved this hotel! They greet you with a warm chocolate chip and walnut cookie! One for everyone! And, the pool is really nice. The view from the room is beautiful because the property is so well kept! I will definitely stay there again!!

Simple hotel with a very serviceable restaurant on-site and friendly staff.

The hotel was good for an overnight stay. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The age of the hotel is showing, and simple updates like painting and replacing stained/damaged ceiling tiles and worn out bathroom fixtures would go a long way to improve the image. Parking is available on site, but be prepared to pay $30 to self-park per day. That seems excessive to me. The staff is very friendly. They contacted me after check in to make sure we didn’t need anything, which was a really nice touch. We didn’t use the bar or restaurant areas since this was such a fast overnight visit, but the spaces looked inviting.

At the hotel they charged me for parking. Expedia did not show that I had to pay for parking the only fee to pay was for my stay. Do better

The hotel was nice however the location was not . I thought this hotel was more in the downtown area and thank god they had a shuttle bus to take you to the Galleria Mall and Walmart. When we asked about calling for a taxi the day we were leaving we were told that the taxis would not come to the hotel and we had to get a Uber instead. thx Donna Toronto

The ice machine is not working had to go all the way to lobby to get some ice and the escalator going to down to the parking garage is not working we had to walk down the escalator with a toddler and a baby in arms was difficult

Beautiful goddess at front desk was wonderful and very accommodating when I arrived looking liked "death warmed over"😊 Thank you for the complimentary chocolate chip nut cookie and water. Too exhausted to eat a meal, so that helped to satisfied my hunger

The bed, linens, pillows were heavenly!
Bath room clean. Next morning I noticed cold water faucet was leaking water, thought I was being splashy at first.
I checked out at front desk to yet another goddess.
Overall an enjoyable 1st experience at Hilton. I got a good rate too on hotel.com!

Good place to stay.
We used their shuttle service. The valet guy told us to ask the shuttle driver (a girl) the shuttle number so she could drive us back. It was 730 she dropped us at a restaurant. We asked the number and she said “just call the hotel” she didn’t inform us shuttle service was only until 8pm.
Next day it was a different guy driving, he was really nice and gave us the number without having to ask.
I wonder why that girl didn’t inform us and told us to call the hotel instead.
