Friendly staff

Property was outdated, bed had only two pillows with only bedsheets no blankets, stayed for two nights and room was not cleaned. Had to ask for a change of towels and cleared out my own trash. The night was cold and couldn’t get the thermostat to heat up the room. Having a washer and a dryer for free was a bonus. Rooms were otherwise clean and tea and coffee provided.

I was upgraded on check-in - I would hate to see a standard room. Balcony door to exterior latch/lock broken; not repaired during stay. In-room safe not operational. Mattress uncomfortable and pillows poor integrity. But I coped.

We enjoyed an efficient check-in, friendly valet service to a quiet and functional room, a nice dinner and another efficient early morning checkout capped off with an on time shuttle service to the International Airport. I would highly recommend Tanoa International Hotel to all travellers.

Food drinks very expensive specially water you can by 1 ltr from outside $1.5 but here $9 same bottle

Amazing staff, very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful gardens. Nice open air restaurant. The rooms were pretty basic, but all we needed.

We had a wonderful two day stay at Tanoa International Hotel . Reception was quick and pleasant and very welcoming. The property , gardens and pool area were lovely and well taken care of . There was a conference there which had just ended so the bar was very lively the first night . After that it was quiet and not too crowded since it was off season I believe. We had just arrived from New Zealand so it was ideal to stay a couple nights before going on to other places in Fiji because of proximity to Nadi Airport.

I booked 3 nights for my parents last year for their first time in Fiji, they loved the hotel. They had music and great food to enjoy from breakfast, lunch and dinner. My dad has a language barrier and has a hard time communicating in English, he wants me to book his stay here when he visits again because he enjoyed his last stay. Highly recommended, I booked 2 nights for my parents again for their layovers in Fiji and they can’t wait. Thank you for taking good care of your guests. Mahalo

Over all it’s good.Friendly staff bit little bit expensive

Room not clean properly, bathroom not cleaned and towels not changed. We were left with wet towels...The restaurant is just as bad. Order a pizza and wait an hour fourty minutes when No one else was in the restaurant...Breakfast time order fried eggs from the egg station to go with the Bacon and bakebeans for breakfast. Had to keep going back to the egg station 3 times asking about the eggs. Only get a smile and no reply..No eggs. Go to reception to complain about the room not being cleaned and also no eggs at breakfast. All i got as a reply was Oh. I asked for the manager and told he was out on site somewhere. I ask if he could contact me in our room and gave room number....other guest sitting in the lobby also agreed with me that the service was shocking..3 days still no contact from the manager and still towels not changed on our final night. I highly recommend that people DON'T book into the. Tanoa Hotel in Nadi because it's far from being anything higher than a 1 start Hotel.

Hotel was nice with a good atmosphere, didn't like the bed though, way too hard but each to their own. A handrail on some of the outside steps would help also, slipped down the stairs in the bad weather.

Our family had a great experience using this hotel to wait for our flight home from Nadi. Wonderful and attentive staff. Very clean rooms! Airport shuttle was fast and efficient!

When we booked our vacation we reserved a nice room. When we got there we were given a room that wasn’t very comfortable and nice. We were very happy when the manager changed our room. Thanks to everyone.

We both love and enjoy the Hotel and its staff’s.We recommend a shower bar or nonslip shower floor mat. We don’t like Hotel Taxi very expensive their cost is more than double and in some cases triple because they don’t have meter like the outside Taxi.

Staff very helpful. Two dinning options for lunch and dinner. Very open and does rain. Music at night.

Quiet and private

Rooms were very good ... hoilday inn everyday hive their international customer 2 water bottles free it would be nice if tanoa can do the same.barman very. Nice. Food was incredibly good. Breakfast was tremendous. Lunch n dinner menu needs more otem
