bathrooms is tight, had a view of the rooftop from our room, NO BUGS, mostly clean, no real complaints, friendly staff, breakfast alright, would stay again

Couldn't figure out the shower, took a bath instead. The glowing of the microwave light was annoying as I was trying to fall asleep. Everything else was good.

We stayed for 4 nights and it was pretty good for what we wanted but also some expectations didn't mean up to what I wanted but that's okay we still had a great time. The people are great, kind and don't look glum. The atmosphere was a little dated, the outside looks better then the inside. The room was good but I don't believe it was cleaned when before we got in, well not the bathroom. There was some spatter on the curtain and on the bathtub, I wiped it off since it bothered me and when I took a shower the water also took it out but yeah it wasn't cleaned. Maybe low on staff I'm not sure. We slept great! AC works, coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, all the stuff we wanted. The breakfast was okay, I was expecting, from the pictures I saw, eggs and some meat but we didn't have that every morning. Mon, Tues, Thurs, did not have eggs or meat...? But on our last day there was, I'm not sure why but that was kind of a downer for me. But hey we paid 380 for 4 nights and so I'm content with what we got:)

Bad odor every time the air conditioner will come on so I had to turn it completely off. It smelled like a dead rat or skunk.

Horse event. Pretty limited breakfast options and walkable dinner options. Easy access to go downtown or get on the highway. A bit dated and showing wear, but clean and maintained.

The property is pretty worn out. The rooms have been somewhat updated but the hallways are very worn. No glasses or wash cloths in the room (had to ask for some).

Thermostat did not work and would not allow us to only run the fan to cool it down some. Out dated but for a one night stay it was fine.

There was literally a biker rally in the parking lot. Motorcycles running all night and puke in the parking lot the next morning.

The lobby and entrance have been updated and look really nice. The photos of the room are not the same room that I was given. The room I was in was very old and outdated. As well as the area as soon as you step off of the elevator. The carpet looked extremely dirty throughout the hallway and into the hotel room. The lighting in the hallways also made that area look even worse.

Super convenient to flying into CVG, staying in Lexington but needing to also go to Louisville. The rooms were a little run down but the property overall was nice. The check in was fast and easy with a very pleasant staff member. Overall it was a nice location and good cost.

As we arrived after our 6 hour drive at 1:00am we waited in line and listened to 6 other people in front of us upset at the desk clerk saying that their keys to their rooms they were ALL checking in to were the wrong rooms and there were already people in those rooms. It then was our turn and we were checking in to two separate rooms and we got the keys to the rooms and went upstairs to our rooms and BOTH rooms were already occupied with people in the beds....we keyed ourselves easily in the rooms! We went back downstairs and waiting in line AGAIN after multiple NEW people were complaining of the same thing. When we got our keys AGAIN....the same thing happened AGAIN. We ended up only getting one room and charged for TWO even though I called the general manager 3 times asking for a returned call. I never got it nor my money refunded for the 2 rooms we never stayed in!

The room itself was fine and clean. It was nice to have a microwave and mini-fridge. The breakfast was not very good. No hot foot unless you wanted to make yourself a waffle. No eggs or meat of any kind. It was adequate, but nothing more.

The night clerk checking us in was awesome! He didn’t miss the first detail in giving us the i formation needed for our stay. He was very kind and friendly.

We were not impressed with breakfast. At other Quality Inns we have had a hot breakfast. This one was all sugar and no protein. I definitely wouldn't stay here because it serves breakfast.
No guide to the TV stations. The TV didn't sinc with the remote and no one in the customer service desk knew how to remedy the issue. They couldn't even find an extra remote.
Ice machine was broken.
Many other hotels in the same area, look again before reserving this one.

We stayed in room 223, the microwave was not working, we notified front desk and was told that maintenance could not get us one.
The bathroom door would not shut. The tile stood out in the middle enough to catch the door from opening or closing. When you closed the door it would not shut,
It’s a cheap hotel and that’s about it. Would not stay at this location or recommend it.

This was a place to spend the night before flying home. There are good restaurants and stuff nearby to do. The place is clean. Low ceilings in the long hallways are weird. The breakfast is standard waffle machine and such. I would stay again with hesitation.

Went from Ark to Horse Park and then stayed here. It was perfect for our 1 day stop over!

I am extremely disappointed because our prior stay the week beforehand, we had a great experience with the maintenance man on top of having shelter while unhoused. Maintenance man deserves a raise. Front desk need to learn how to communicate with each other so customers don’t get screwed over in the process and kicked to the street.

Quick and easy check in, room was fine, nothing spectacular. Bed was comfy, shower was hot. The breakfast left much to be desired, only hot item were waffles. Cereal, muffins, bananas 😞

Overall stay was good. The breakfast was advertised as “healthy” and there was no protein items and was basically ALL SUGAR. No bagels and no bananas that are staple items. I got sick do had to PAY at McDonalds for eggs and plain English muffin to recover. I specify Sally picked this pls e for inside rooms AND free breakfast. Staff at check in was excellent. Staff in morning agreed with me but did not report to management nor offer any reimbursement for breakfast I had to pay for to recover from being sick. I’m not coming back.

Room was quiet and bed comfortable. Be careful because if you are from certain cities/states, they will place a large hold on your card. I was in Lexington from Louisville and a $300 hold was put on my card.

Hotel staff was very friendly, room was clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was very basic but Cracker Barrel is close by.

We were told when we checked in that housekeeping was “by request”. I think this is a BS way to save money “post covid” by limiting services even though the rate is the same or higher, but regardless we stayed here for 5 nights and requested housekeeping each day but only got it on the last day of our stay. In addition, our bathtub did not drain, by the time you were done showering you were ankle deep in dirty, soapy water. We also requested that 4 times and finally it was fixed on our last day there. There was also a garbage can from somebody’s room in the hall outside of their door the entire length of our stay. On a positive note, the beds were extremely comfortable, the and AC worked great (if you know Celsius) so at least we slept comfortably which was important.
