Excellent place

Loved that it was right on the beach. Loved the amenities: Beach chairs, towels, smoothies by the pool, bikes, and daily water & snacks. The restaurant was great, but a lil pricey. Room was clean, comfy beds, just didn’t like that some of the pillow cases were stained, as well as the shower curtain, and the window curtains.

My go-to for Hollywood Beach stays. It’s right on the broadwalk & the beach. The staff are great. Champagne & snacks for guests every day in the lobby. Smoothies by the pool. Beach chairs, bikes available for use. Restaurant & cafe are convenient. Paid self-parking on the property with unlimited in & out. Convenient to restaurants, the intracoastal waterway, shopping. My only complaint is that housekeeping is elusive except they come knocking early in the morning on your checkout day. Every single time. Overall, I recommend for a nice beach stay.

It’s always a great place to stay. The convenience of being ocean front and right on the safe boardwalk, compares to no where else in South Florida. The restaurant right on the boardwalk is great. Will definitely come back.

Love the hotel and beach

Access to the beach was nice. I was told that we get 2 beach chairs per room per day however I was charged $20 per day for beach chairs and bicycle use. I feel like I was scammed. Never use a bicycle during my stay.

Great location, hotel needs refreshing but good overall

The access to the beach and resort atmosphere as well as overall quality was great. The only 2 downfalls we had were we both thought the bed was a bit uncomfortable and our "partial ocean view" was primarily the roof with vents and pipes ect..That was very disappointing.

Room clean and tidy, although the air con was noisy. Had problems eating as some of the staff not knowledgeable regarding allergies/gluten free etc.. also as there was six of us they seem unable to put two tables together to accommodate us?

Family friendly

We loved the amazing front desk staff - they were happy, polite and so accommodating. The daily champagne, snacks, water, slushies, bicycles, loungers and housekeeping - all a 10/10! The area is fun, breathtaking and vibrant. We felt like young kids again on holiday! My only wish would have been for a 'happy hour' drink and/or meal deal at the resteraunt, Latitudes.

Good hotel for staying short time. Staff excellent, good food and nice places around areas. The beach not including umbrellas just 2 chairs per room. The beach dirty!!

Excelent stay

Just a cross the street from the beach. Has a restaurant and a coffee shop. Ice machine in every floor. Also has a little store with suveniers, some OTC Medication, hats etc. Partial views rooms are very nice with a little balcony. also has a pool. Family oriented place.

Everything was wonderful. I highly recommend the Marriott Hollywood Beach.

Lady who checked us in was absolutely horrible. Rude. Pushy. I felt uncomfortable and rushed. I truly believe she intentionally tried to overcharge me. Room was okay. Bathroom felt dirty. Gentlemen who checked us out was very kind as well as overnight staff. Prolly won’t stay there again.

The trip was wonderful. The staff was friendly and the room was immaculate. Get for a fun vacation.

Too expensive for the quality of the hotel. Noisy ac and some took forever to reach someone on the phone.

Beautiful hotel in and out but the people at the counter need more training in how to treat the visitors a lot of us really had a bad experience it should be considered for future references

IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SINCE WE ARRIVED, THE FIRST ROOM WITHOUT A BATHROOM HAM, WITHIN MINUTES OF HAVE ARRIVED THE POWER GONE, NO ONE EXPLAINED ANYTHING TO US WALKING DOWN THE STAIRS FROM THE 9TH FLOOR, SO WE WERE HOURS, THEN WE CAME BACK THINKING THAT EVERYTHING WAS WELL AND THEY TELL US THE AIR CONDITIONING DOES NOT WORK THEY CAN GO EITHER TO THEIR HOUSE OR TO ANOTHER HOTEL. THEY CAN IMAGINE SLEEPING WITHOUT AIR CONDITIONING. I HAD NO OTHER OPTION AT 3 AM I TELL THE ONE IN FRONT, LOOK, THEY TOLD ME THE COORENT WAS COMING AT 12 AM AND IT'S 3 AM AND NOTHING AND HIS RESPONSE WAS GO BACK TO YOUR HOUSE OR LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL, HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN WHAT WE HAD WAS A MINI VACATION THE WORST, I WAS VERY UNSATISFIED AND MY FAMILY WAS THE SAME. WHAT THEY HAD TO TO HAVE DONE IS TO TELL US SINCE WE ARRIVED THAT THE HOTEL HAD ELECTRICAL AND AIR CONDITIONING PROBLEMS AND NOT TO DECEIVE US LIKE CHILDREN, I RECOMMEND IT TO NO ONE

The experience was awful. The air conditioner in room didnt work entire trip.

No Aircondition, Elevator not working, when we complained the manager told us to get our stuff & leave if we didn’t like it, super rude bitter man , no emergency lights on the stairs pitch black, elder & disabled guest could go up or down.

The frontdesk staff was a bid laid back. Not the best service minded. Marriot charges 100 $ deposit which they then keep for 3-5 business days after checkout. Imagine all millions of dollars that they just loan from people over a year which only benefits them, and not you as a customer. I will avoid Marriot in the future.
