There was a football game the day we checked in so they were pretty busy. Check in only took a few minutes. Rooms were easy to find. I felt that everyrhing was pretty clean. We had fresh towels delivered a little after checking in, i think they just got a little behind, but we didn't mind. Everyone working seemed polite and helpful. Breakfast was decent. It was a quiet stay and slept pretty good. We will consider staying here again on our next trip.

It was absolutely gross…. The hotel didn’t seem to have any heat- walking to our room was beyond cold- get to the room and there is a space heater going! Couldn’t sleep bc I was scared it was gonna start a fire. Very outdated- and the parking lot didn’t even seem to be plowed out of the snow that fell in the night…

Guy working the front desk was excellent. Hotel room was quiet which was nice. The only complaint I would have is the room smelled a bit musty. Needs some freshening up. Breakfast was great.

When we walked in, the thermostat was set on 89 degrees and the room would not cool down. When we tried the ac, it never kicked on. We tried to call the front desk with our room phone, and it was buzzing the whole time and wouldn’t ring so we had to walk down to let them know about it. They were completely full and could not switch us rooms which we understood. But we had to leave our room door open for 2 hours just to get air and cool it down from 89. Microwave clock/ timer was broken as well.

We came up for a Buffalo Bills game. It was our first time to the area so we weren’t sure what to expect. The hotel was centrally located to everything we did while there. Staff were polite/helpful and room was clean. Can’t wait to be back. Go Buffalo.

Front desk staff was extreme nice and answered all our questions. Room was comfortable and clean. I was very happy to see the police patrolling the property in the early morning hours when i went out for a cigarette... The area is very residential and quite but close to shopping and restaurants....I would definitely stay again.

Stayed at Best Western for a weekend trip for a concert. Check in was smooth, great parking, the room was smaller than I thought but it was comfortable. The room we had didn’t have a view. I think the hotel was a motel at one time where the doors were outside and were remodeled so our window showed the interior hallway. The hvac was loud but awesome temperature. Overall it was a good stay.

Overall, the hotel is dated.The bathroom ceiling had mold/signs of mold and the shower tile was not clean.

The room was a good size but tired. It was not cleaned very well, the Ice bucket had old water in in it and there were pieces of tape on the walls and an old plastic bag on one of the shelves. There was a large chip in the formica on the room divider. I am not a fan of the small pillows either. Breakfast was good and the location was good. All in all it was an OK one night stay.

It was the minimum of what I'd expect in a hotel room. We were unpleasantly surprised that the area around the hotel was less than desirable. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Convenient and right off the highway. Decent breakfast, friendly check in. However, the lack of an exterior window and natural light was a huge negative. I would not have stayed there had I known.

Great little property right off the thruway. Room was a great size, continental breakfast was decent and included eggs, sausage, potatoes. Free parking, exercise room. It worked perfect.

The room was small for this to be a Best Western Hotel. We had 2 queen beds. No microwave at all. We were on the first floor right next to the door. ANYBODY could just pull the door open without using your key! I had to listen to the door open and slam all night. The good thing was the privacy drapes helped from keeping the light out. The hot water was actually hot. The free breakfast was delicious.

When we arrived, the front desk staff was polite to us but yelled at other guests (for asking for ketchup while she was with a guest) and Expedia personnel on the phone (I’m not sure why) in front of us. We got to our room and it smelled of mildew (it got better over the en t two days, but the popped tiles in the bathroom were clearly black from mildew.) The side entrance doors had key card entry but they were just for an illusion of security, they all opened without key cards. When our room key reader died, the day staff was extremely friendly and helped get the battery replaced immediately.

It was alright, had a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker which is a lot more than other places. Staff were very friendly too. Room was fairly clean.
The room itself was cramped, especially the bathroom, and didn't provide a hair dryer.
Overall great place if you're looking for budget friendly. Close proximity to the waterfront and many options for food nearby.

I had a good experience at BW. They have very professional and friendly staff and in particular I would like to recognize Jackie who checked me in and was there for atleast one shift during my 3-night stay. She was very helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast that was offered. It was excellent. Overall the stay was good but the room carpet could be changed as it was old and kind of made the room stuffy and smelt damp when I checked in. I am extremely sensitive and as a result my nose was mostly blocked when I woke up in the morning. Despite that I would definitely return because of the overall service.
