I didn't like that there was no pool at this hotel, also I didn't like leaving the room to microwave my food.

Very good experience. Staff very pleasant and accomodating. Clean and well maintained

While it is a little older it is well kept up. They really need a left turn traffic arrow into the hotel off of the interstate. Nearly impossible to get in. It's easier to turn into Bank of America.

Pillows are too soft. Room is not always coeabed

Stayed the weekend of Aug 3rd. Room was clean and staff were nice. Room service however was not. I was unable to reach them once in a span of about 4 hours and this was after 5 pm. Even used my cell to call the front desk to confirm they were operable and had them transfer me, and still nothing. As someone who specifically books hotels with this option because I have children and cannot leave the room at times this made things very inconvenient. Even Ubereats cannot come up because of the hotels key requirement for the hotel so I would have still had to come downstairs to utilize this option as well.

Great place for the price

Great deal and spotless!!

I was pleasantly surprised at this property. Though it is a Hilton, it's a bit off the beaten path. Still, the service was excellent. The room and the property were clean. The dining options, thought somewhat limited were excellent and of above average value I'd definitely stay here again.

It's a decent hotel with a courteous and competent staff. The room was nice, bed was adequate, though a little too soft for me.

Good price for good quality.

Our stay was not great. Room had a slight smell of smoke. Asked for a crib, but instead received a child's playpen that converts into a crib. Except, it was not put together (was up to me to assemble wothout any sort of instructions) and was filthy (food crumbs all inside). Also, if there was a restaurant, it appeared no one was working there. And, the king bed certainly seemed more like a queen.

Air was not working properly bed was extremely uncomfortable and hard this place is outdated and needs major work

The property was conveniently located near all of the shopping restaurants and entertainment in the city and was only 10-15 from downtown. Even though it’s an older Hilton it is very well maintained

Lovely and clean . Large comfortable beds and rooms

2nd floor neighbour room was quite noise and so the lobby floor conference room. room supplies were simple.

Enjoyed my stay! However didn’t know I had to pay for parking cause it wasn’t listen on Expedia.

The lobby was pretty, but the rest of the building looked dated. The halls were warm and muggy and had a strange smell. The first room I was in had a non-functioning AC, but the second one was ok, however they didn’t have an equal room to the one I was in, so I got downgraded.

Me and my girlfriend decided to book this hotel for our 2 year anniversary. I'm only 18 currently so we looked until we found a hotel with a minimum check-in age of 18. We booked through Expedia which says check in age at this Hilton is 18. Upon arrival The lady at the front desk takes a long look at my I.D and tells me that min. check-in age is 21, I proceded to show her the hotel check-in policy on the Expedia app and the Hilton Honors app. She says "you have to go on the website for the correct check-in policy." I walked out the hotel and looked up the check-in policy on the Hilton website and it also said minimum check-in age is 18, she then switched up and said "check-in is and always has been 21 for this hotel, I cannot let you check in" with an attitude. Why would your policy online clearly say 18 but your own made up in hotel policy is 21? Makes no sense and we've stayed at Hilton Hotels before with no issue checking in.
