My husband and I just needed time alone without worrying about cleanliness and this was just that we loved the whole experience thanks so much

The hotel was clean, in a great area within minutes of food & shopping. Check-in was quick and staff were very courteous. The rooms have been upgraded

The beds are very comfortable. Not only did I sleep well but others on the same trip commented on how incredibly comfortable the bed was. One person normally never sleeps through the night but did here.

The room was very nice It was close to everywhere that I needed to go. The hotel needs to have microwaves. I also had to wait for washcloths for an hour one night

It was super clean and nice. The beds were very comfortable. We'll definitely return.

The hotel was very good except for the make-up mirror and toilet tissue fixtures falling off of the wall.

I stayed at the Sheraton just one night in order to attend an event nearby. The room was very comfortable; the restaurant was very affordable and good; and I could get a Starbucks at the cafe to go for the trip home. If you are attending a conference at the conference center attached or going to the arena, it is a perfect place to stay.

I was very impressed with everything from the front door to ky room.

Stay was very good!! The bed comfort is my only gripe! They are extremely too soft and I couldnt get a full good night's rest.

My stay was enjoyable to the front desk ran my card for a second time and informed me my payment didn’t go through. I explained to the front desk staff that I had a hold on my account for 3 nights. The supervisor told me I was fine and I would not be kicked out of my room. This all took place after 10 p.m. on a Saturday night. My response was why would I be kicked out; I paid for my stay. I love the hotels location and security staff but this interaction made me consider looking for alternatives. I come to town frequently because my daughter attend college in Greensboro. I live 8 hours away and it was rather disgusting for a staff member to say don’t worry we won’t kick you out of your room.

It's an excellent facility very friendly staff. The room was really nice and clean.

We check in early in the day to drop our bags off. We checked our room for any issues and found that the sheets were dirty. Disappointed but not an issue we just told the front desk and asked if they could change the sheets. We were moving our daughter back to college and came back to the hotel at 11 pm to sleep after being exhausted to find that the sheet were never changed. On top of that we had our 4 yr old toddlers with us. My husband went downstairs to let them know and they came back upstairs 20 mins later and gave us sheets to change the bedding ourselves, then they forgot the pillow cases so we had to wait for them to return with the pillow cases. Go to get showers and the shower was loud like something was wrong with the plumbing. I stay here every time I come to NC so this was disappointing.

Great place to stay enjoyed myself

The hotel was was excellent! The service from the moment we arrived was one of the best we’ve had. The check in was quick and easy, they gave us information about the area and they helped us with our luggages to the room and everything. The room was clean and spacious. We utilized the gym and the pool as well. It is walking distance to the shopping mall and convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

The rooms were clean and the area is great right next to the shopping mall. The pool was not very clean. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely awful.

I took a star because there was not a microwave in the room. I asked the housekeeper and she didn't know if there was one available for me to use. I had to throw my ribs away.

We had a single night in the hotel, during a roadtrip. We arrived around 19:00 and luckely it was in due time to visit the pool area, which is really nice. The checkin was easy, and the hotel is very nice. Parking is free and plenty.

They didn't have the room we reserved so we stayed at the Grandover. They wanted to charge us the ambassador suite rate for a regular room!

Very classy and clean! A 5 star experience!
