Clean room, basic hotel, close to airport, 5 min wait for shuttle.

The hotel was very clean. The room was comfortable. Took a long time to get the shower water hot enough. My 2 complaints: there was no food, besides breakfast in the hotel. There was a bar/lounge, but it was not in operation. We had to walk 2 hotels over to get dinner. #2 - there was a shuttle that could take you to only 2 local restaurants. But there seemed to be confusion if you could take the shuttle to other local spots.

First room had no heat. Second room was on top of the broken boiler room. Sounded like a train was passing by in my room. Third was good. Has 24 hour shuttle

Very satisfied! Breakfast was good, warm & nice variety. Bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby, you can not hear any outside noise from in your room. The pool was okay, but did have a strange smell to it but I would totally come back to this hotel in the future!

Hotel was clean and check-in was prompt. You can hear the planes taking off the runway.
Some of the workers did not speak English which was frustrating.
I was also not told that I would be charged an additional fee for any potential damage done to the room that would be refunded after my stay. I had to inquire about why there was an additional fee pending on my card.

The people here are so friendly!!! Love it! Checkin was a breeze, the room was very nice and super comfortable. The one thing it was lacking was an appropriate place to lay my luggage. I just used the countertop. /shrug. Close to lots of food options which is nice. Easy in/out after you do it once. Otherwise was awesome, would totally stay again!

Great! The room, and breakfast. I had 2 concerns 1. I am a rewards member, but was not offered water. 2. I stayed on the first floor the side entrance door remained opened for access to anyone coming in without a key.

Good easy stay. The shuttle was really nice. Quick and efficient.
Breakfast was good, but I do have a bit of a request. I love your oatmeal bar, but all you had was sugary instant oatmeal. I so wish you had plain oatmeal like the other Fairfield’s I stay at. One of our party is diabetic and we chose this hotel so she could have oatmeal. Just a thought.
