It was good. I do recommend this hotel.

Way overpriced for what we got. The beds were so high up and difficult to get into. The pillows were old and there was weird substance on the bathroom door? The staff at front desk were not friendly appeared overworked and tired. No breakfast, really? Not even a bagel or a coffee? Kinda ridiculous for the price. I paid over 700 for two night! Pool was ok Just very disappointed and the only positive was that we could walk to most things but we paid a lot for parking. Will not stay unless last resort again sadly

Convenient clean location that was walking distance to all the action on Mill Ave. Beds were comfy and staff was friendly. The only bad things were that there was no parking so we had to park in a nearby parking garage and everyone’s key cards kept deactivating so they had to repeatedly be reset.

Great place convenient; room needed additional lighting or up dated lighting. Over great stay and room.

Great stay for the price

Perfect for a staycation. I needed time to unwind after recently moving to the area. The conciergesses, Julissa and Jasmine were very polite and atttenive to my accommodation. Also thanks to the head manager, Angela for ensuring i had everything I needed for my room, which was very clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wouldnt think twice to come back again in the near future. Thank you so much to the staff of the Sonesta!

1-Great location for where I was going. 2-Place looks really nice inside and out.... BUT 3-The girl at the front desk couldn't figure out how to process my credit card. Kept running it and canceling/ refunding it. Then asked if I could call and see if it charged? 4-She did not inform me or offer a parking pass. After parking I saw signs that I would be towed without purchasing one. 5-NO FITTED BED SHEET ON BED. Just sheet and comforter laying on queen bed. 6-Went to make coffee in room. Filled up reservoir and could see white pet hair floating around in it. 7-At checkout they seemed very casual about my experience as this was the norm. 8-They couldn't print out a receipt for my work file.

I didn't have to worry about my car being stolen.

Great stay within walking distance of the stadium and ASU activities. Pet friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed for college move in and it was super clean, very friendly and helpful staff and walking distance to everything we needed, including campus. On site free parking was a huge bonus.

Very clean, spacious rooms, a nice lobby to relax in, attractive swimming pool. Bedding was extremely comfortable. I did not like how parking was an extra $15 per day. This information was nowhere on the website, so it was quite a surprise, only brought up when I completed check out.

Service and rooms were excellent. But having to pay for parking at a hotel that we already paid to stay there is ridiculous.

Front desk was professional but the bedside manner of the front desk was very dry and unwelcoming, smiles were fake

Hard water made it rough for the skin and limited HOT water…..otherwise clean clean clean .

Safety and convenient area

I have seated this hotel many times. They have a lot uncovered outside. All the other times I’ve stayed there. There’s no charge for parking. Then all of a sudden, it was not advertised on there page on Hotels.com. I had to pay a daily parking fee. They said it was the city fee that they have to pay so therefore they charge us. I find that unacceptable that it was not advertised to me upon booking the room!

We are locals and booked 2 rooms for 2 nights each when our A/C went out. We chose Sonesta because we have dogs and needed a pet-friendly property. I was traveling in LV at the time and needed to get my wife, kids and pets to a safe place. After I made the reservation on hotels.com, I called the property directly to let them know that my wife (who is disabled and in a wheelchair) would be doing the check in. I spoke with Nakeyla at the front desk and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She promised to make the check in smooth, and that is just what she did. My wife reported back with glowing reviews on her experience. I returned to town in time to stay the 2nd night until our A/C was back up and running. Thank you Nakeyla for making a challenging situation much less stressful than it could have been! :)

Shower smelled bad. Ive stayed at some sonest hotels before, this felt like i was in a motel.

Hotel guess had to pay for parking.. the pool was great except the water was literally heated. The water was hotter than the actual weather. Was t able to enjoy it properly because you couldn’t cool off.
