There were ants everywhere. Room service never came to clean the room. The run is very run down. No microwave. I had booked a two bed room for three people. The man told me only two people and one person per bed. Very ridiculous.

The receptionist was great with providing assistance but once we got to the room it wasn’t so great. The tub was stained with something brown by the drain. The shower head pressure was way too strong and there was no way to change it. The floor in the room seemed like it was not swept (found hair balls all over) and the bed just seemed unclean.

The pictures provided on the site did not reflect the room I was given. The carpet was old, bleach stained, filthy. Walls had patches that were not textured and painted. Towels were old and worn.

Unlike all other Motel 6 motels, this location in Anaheim Hills provided us the amazingly pretty architecture design to fascinate us. Especially, interior of the front office was very elegant and beautiful, that looked gorgeous and could be luxurious.

Didn’t have ice box per description on my what purchased; However gave 1st floor room; Sink was clogged; Spiders/bugs were present, so we slept right in the middle & used our own blankets & pillows we brought ourselves; Just killed them; Didn’t communicate this because went with the flow & we were so tired when we arrived; Just bite the bullet; Carpet was soiled, so kept slippers on; There was a crack/hole on bathroom door; Just property needs to be maintenanced; Was grateful they take in pets. Had a place to shower and sleep; and that’s what I could afford only;

Room was run down, phone was on a chair not nightstand, couldn’t get water to get hot and the beds were like rocks. The pillow I got looked like one that had lost its shape from being washed and it was super hard. The bed sheets had something red on them.

We booked 3 nights at this place as our last option because everything else was already booked. It was the worst mistake ever. Room was dirty, old, smelly, curtains didnt close all the way, shower was moldy, toilet had a leak, beds had blood stains, walls had lots of bug stains or maybe something else i dont know. The whole place didnt look like the pictures at all. I called the front desk and they hung up on me so i walked in there and they didnt care about the problem at all. They knew everything around was booked and i had no choice but to stay. I couldnt sleep all nite for the time i was there. That place is horrible and should be shut down im not lying.

Third room bc I was not offered a refund…was acceptable but I could not sleep there. I wish I could get a refund from hotels.com

We received the room we requested. Once we got into our room, 9:30pm or so, one of the beds was partially stripped. The room did not even look like it was cleaned. The mirror in the bathroom had water/toothpaste spots on it still. The carpet was not vacuumed. There was make up on the wall and carpet. The lights, desk were broken and the bathroom door had a hole in it. The walls had marks on it as if no one has ever wiped them off. The microwave and fridge were dirty. There was no towels in the bathroom and the shower had no been cleaned. I’m able to tolerate dirty but this room was not cleaned prior to us getting into it.

Put simply, everything worked, quiet room, no frills, enjoyable stay!

The bathroom was dirty with heaven knows what on the walls & baseboards. The tiles were coming off in the bathroom as well as the shower faucet. The grout looked moldy. The room smelled very musty. None of the electrical outlets in the room worked except in the bathroom so I had to charge my electronics in there overnight.I expected more for Anaheim Hills which is a more affluent community.

I have always felt welcome by the staff at the Motel 6 in Anaheim Hills. They are attentive to my needs as well as the other motel guests.

Toilet would not fully flush. Half of the lights were non functioning. We had a room for 6 (3 queen beds) and only received 2 towels. No shampoo provided. Microwave tripped circuit. Could not use. We slept and got out

The room needs some fixing.
From the second balcony, I saw a male going through the trash bin for more than 1/2 hour or so.

Is convenient & food readily available. At 4pm room was still not cleaned.
However, only two very scratchy bath towels, one tiny bar of soap, has fridge & microwave stuffed in a spot it shouldn't be.

I lost my glasses & couldn’t find a number to call & ask. A friend found a number, thy said they'd check with housekeeping.
Never called back.
