Bed too high. Toilet too low. Toilet seat loose.
Staff was VERY RUDE!
Did the pre-check-in. What’s the point?
In the middle of checking in, interrupted to help someone else. There were two people behind the desk. Could have helped both of us but one just stood there.
When I complained, I was told I was the one being rude! I was standing with a walker and they were sitting on a stool.
The next morning while checking out, I politely offered comments about the room and mentioned the treatment I received when checking in and was again called rude for doing so.
Tear it down, and salt the earth. I will never stay at this chain again.

The wall next to one of the beds in my room has been drawn on and snot smeared on it. The carpet my kid walked in with no socks and they got a sticjy feeling on their feet. It was gross.

It is advertised continental breakfast. We check in and they tell us it’s a “grab and go” breakfast of danishes and a bottle of juice. I go to grab breakfast the next morning and it is a mini bottle of water and a granola bar. I also asked for extra towels at the front desk and she said she didn’t have any, go find the laundry room and tell them you want some. I said I didn’t know where the laundry room was so she called someone and asked them to bring me some, after waiting an hour , no towels were brought, even though when we left they were down the hall 20 feet with towels. The rooms were very spacious and clean, but the staff was not the friendliest or helpful.

It was a decent neighborhood much better than statistically it should be based on the demographics of the area. Staff was excellent. The front lobby floor was dirty which is understandable because of the rainy game day and people coming in from that.
My bathroom tiles were unacceptable for me because it was greasy like a fast food kitchen. Very slippery and definitely a falling hazard. Other than that it was a good stay for the price they’re asking.

Not disability friendly AT ALL. Yes, technically there is an elevator, but you have to go down a set of stairs to get to it from the outside entrance (no other way was suggested by the front desk), so kind of pointless. Room key didn't work and they do this weird thing with the pillows where you have to unfold them to make them functional. Staff was friendly though.

The door to get into the building is always unlocked, very unsafe! There were homeless people hanging around the parking lot. The smell was a combination of cigarette smoke and mold/mildew. Our room was very damp and dirty. Keep your shoes on! The bedding was stained. We couldn't watch TV, it was so small. Breakfast consisted of bagged granola bars and sunny D. They didn't have enough for all the guests. I had to ask for more towels and wash cloths. Not enough for the three of us. I thankfully only stayed one night!

Worst stay at a Hotel, ever. On the website it states it has a continental breakfast but apparently they quit doing that during Covid. They also advertised a restaurant and bar that is now closed down. It is located right at the highway exit off of 75. They indicated they have nonsmoking rooms, however, they all smelled of stale smoke including the hallway. The room did not get made up and we had to request new towels. There was no clock in the room. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

Dirty, have out bag breakfast,(breakfast bar & a sunny D, when they ran out that was it, not everyone got a bag, the floor was so dirty, don’t take your shoes off. Had to run the sink while taking a shower or you would hear a long noise the whole time u shower, water pressure in toilet was horrible. 1 set of towels had to get more for everyone else. The hotel wasn’t locked, anybody could be walking the halls. All the side doors were open for everybody just to walk in.

This hotel was in an unsavory part of town. People were asking for money in the parking lot. The side doors did not require a key to enter. Anyone could enter and cause issues.
We understood that there was a continental breakfast and there wasn’t one when we asked…due to COVID???
Our bathrooms were outdated with cracked sinks and everything looked dirty. Our garbage cans were not emptied during our stay.
We would not stay again.

Very long in the tooth property; must be on Wyndham’s rehab list. A soft chair appeared as though some one had just arisen from it who had drenched themself in lotion! Was less expensive but reason is obvious; not even a cont breakfast!

Melissa at the front desk was welcoming and able to help us with an adjustment to our room. The room was spacious and quiet. The Continental Breakfast was simple, a bottle of OJ and a couple of granola-type bars. The door off the parking area in the back where we entered which was supposed to require key access did not lock. So there was easy access for anyone.

Pool was pretty much locked my whole visit. Toilet super low to ground. Found contact lenses in our bedding when neither of us wear them. Clearly they don't check dresser because I found random Metallica pants in there. Shower pressure sucked and the breakfast is a to go bag of mini water with crumb coffee cake from hostess and like granola bar. I won't be returning or recommending.
