Service was great but rooms and facility sub par. Little to no hot water for showers and hallways had strange smell. Was not worth the cost

I thought the desk staff woman was very standoffish. Not a warm welcome at all. Manager was very nice.

The room i was in had mold on the ceiling. The bath room had some mold I went to store and bough a bottle of bleach and a can of lysol.now i am sick from the mold in the room.I would like some of my money back

The gentleman that checked us in was not friendly. And directly to the point as if it was a bother to check us in.

This was a very nice property ,staff was very kind and hotel was quiet. Breakfast was good staff kept it replenished often therefore when you came near end of breakfast there was still plenty to choose from 😀

We stayed 2 nights. Never had housekeeping replace towels or make beds. We complained to front desk nothing happened.

This was outstanding! Check in was outstanding, the young lady was very professional. I will stay here again next time.

All staff and services were great.

Great place to stay. The staff was warm and welcoming. The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. Good breakfast in the mornings!

It needs some upgrades. The elevator was not in decent shape.My family was afraid to ride the elevator because of the shaking and noise it made. My bathroom wasn’t very clean.

It was a quick stay while on the road. Comfortable and a very restful stay.

It's unacceptable that the rooms were only serviced on request without any prior notice during check-in. The lack of transparency from the hotel staff is disappointing, especially when it comes to basic amenities like room service. It's a good thing that you were able to request clean towels, but guests should not have to ask for basic services like room cleaning. Taking a shower was very hazardous due to extremely smooth tile. Slippery when wet. Deafening noise in breakfast area due to lack of acoustical ceiling tiles, carpetting or drapes.

Had 1st floor room, but there was no pressure in the shower.

We stopped because of its convenience on our long drive on 95. Staff at the desk were helpful. We felt safe and we haven’t always felt that way at certain hotels off the highway. Our only complaints were that an alarm clock went off at 4 am (not the staff’s fault but annoying because we were getting very limited sleep) but also two staff members who sounded like they were preparing breakfast were yelling back and forth at each other at 6 am. They may have been unaware of how thin the walls were and how loud they were actually being.

We checked in late (1am) and they didnt have any king rooms that werent ADA compliant. No biggie, we just wanted to sleep. The girl at check in was friendly and, best of all, quick. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we will be staying again!

The room was very clean but the hotel communal areas were unwelcoming. The morning breakfast was alright, but the content on TV was off putting.

The lady at front desk brought extra sheets for my air mattress and even gave us extra blanket . Breakfast excellent

We had a great over night stay, EXCEPT for the smell of cigarette smoke in the hall way. It was awful and you had to close your door quickly so the smell didn’t go inside. Other than that the staff was very friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay there again I only hope they address the cigarette smoke smell in halls. Signs posted also NO SMOKING 🚭

Good stay with kids.

I’ve stayed at this property before, it is very convenient off I95 for most it’s a good spot. However, I traveled with a small dog and they charge $75 for the dog to stay on $150 stay for us! Most charge from $20 to $50, this was way too much! Also the floors must not be sound proof, because the whole night, her stomping in the room above!
