It's clean and staff is friendly

The smell in the hallway and especially the rooms was terrible! The sheets and blanket was terrible, we had to change rooms and it took 3 rooms to be okay with! Definitely need upgrades and to throw away stained sheets and comforters! New carpeting is needed.. 2 of the rooms had mold on the wall and lounge chair! Definitely not a comfortable stay!

We had a nice suite which was very comfortable. Location was good for us.

This hotel is very outdated and disgusting Mildew everywhere needs to be renovated or shut down immediately

Carpet peeling, ceiling/walls peeling. Hallways smelt like humidity and dirty water. One elevator was working. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and got a room of 2 full beds.

The elevator didnt work on my side of the building. I have chronic arthritis in both knees so the walk from the opposite side of the building was a challenge. Weed smell in the hallway of a non smoking building. T.v. didnt work first night. Breakfast was not good. The toilet didnt flush adequately. Bed was soft though.

Been here awhile and it’s the safest I felt

This property is very near to interstate freeway and close to marketplace. Lots of dining and shopping options around. Rooms are ok, one of the elevators was always stuck and noisy.

This was surprisingly good...for the price, and sometimes that's exactly what you need when you're just sleeping and showering. It's close enough to Richmond and Busch Gardens to save some $$$ on a room for a few nights.

Staff, especially at free Breakfast were very accommodating. Everything was clean and very professionally run. My family enjoyed the stay.

Unsafe and unkept. For $124 a night it was like a motel 6!! The elevator is janky!! Very unsafe and should not be used. We took the stairs up and down 5 flights due to unsure if the elevator would work. The air-conditioning in the hotel had been out for a few days according to one of the workers. The boxspring and mattresses had holes in them. I found hairs on my bedsheets. There were tons of workers and housekeepers, but the place was gross. The luggage carts were broken and bent. we use the pool, but the gate had no lock . They had a cord that they mocked it for the day but while we were swimming, there is no lock in case a baby or a toddler wandered in or out. The grass around the pool is very overgrown and uncapped. Everything about this place screamed not worth more than 75 bucks a night. Our television was static and the reception was not good. Every bit of this stay felt like I was at a bottom class hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

Stay away from this hotel

Convenient location next to plenty of food and shopping. However cell service wasn’t great and free internet didn’t work along with the cable being glitchy and couldn’t really watch tv.

Was very clean and comfy, a bit dated but all in all a good stay.

Smells bad as soon as you walk into the property, hallway and rooms have a humidity and mold smell. Floor dirty, bathrooms are awful, I’ve stay in different rooms while I been working on the area, none of the bathroom curtains are properly installed and none of the faucets are decent looking. Guy at front desk not friendly at all.

I was very unhappy with this hotel. I have stayed in several of these hotels and this was the worst facility I have ever stayed at. The tub was stopped up. The toilet seat was broken. I am very disappointed for what I paid. There was also no breakfast that was included in the stay. Service was very poor. So disappointed from previous stays in other Comfort Inns. Also the elevator lights did not work on several of the floors. So very, very disappointed with this stay. Not sure if will ever try another Comfort Inn stay again after this.
