Bed wasn't comfortable. Breakfast was cold. No one around to fill up milk bottle. No milk for the cereal. It was suppose to be a hot breakfast.

The overall stay was fine. They tried to run my card before my arrival. I received a call stating the manager was canceling rooms to make make room for walk in guest without reservations and they wanted to confirm I was still coming, it was only 6:00pm.

Loved the area and the staff. I was also impressed by the breakfast. Not a large selection but it was really good.

No one was available for over 15 min when we arrived to check in. There was a sign at the check in desk saying that someone would return in 15 min so i was trying to be patient. However, no one arrived in 15 min. but an employee came from the back who heard me calling for someone and then went to find the person who could check us in. Not very professional. The pool was green and in the process being drained. The room was clean but had a strange chemical odor which i assumed was some kind of cleaning solution.

It’s always delightful when I stay. We have the indoor pool option which is fantastic. The spa is the best and the breakfast is very dandy as well.

It was very pleasant

This is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. It smelled when I walked in the building. It’s dirty and worn out. The room was dingy. There were little ants all over the bathroom floor. I killed a bunch, but more kept coming. I pulled back the sheets on the bed. The sheets were dirty and there were hairs on the sheet. I never took my shoes off because I didn’t want to walk on the carpet bare foot. I’m pretty sure this place is contracted as a homeless shelter. In the morning, other’s leaving had their belonging in garbage bags. God bless them, but I don’t want to pay to sleep with them. I would not go back. I’d rather camp.

Breakfast was good. Room and hotel nice but the pool and hot tub disgusting. Complained to front desk they didn’t. Seem to care. Pool and hot tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in along time. Also hot tub jets didn’t work.

no issues at all and the staff was great. a clean well kept room and I was made to feel welcomed.

Even though the hotel is situated so close to another hotel that doesn’t look so safe I still felt safe in this hotel the rooms were immaculately clean everything was tucked away nicely. Tho I only stayed one night the beds were comfortable the breakfast was pretty good. An overall nice experience I’d come again when I’m in Richmond

The pool was disgusting and the hot tub looked as if it had algae in it. Our room was very dirty and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months! Even after all that we decided to make the best of it, however that was not the worst! This place had roaches! We killed about 2 big ones climbing on the wall then we saw a baby one! Once we saw that we immediately checked out! DO NOT STAY HERE!

It was very quiet and felt safe. The property seemed in good condition. They even had a list of places to don't which was very helpful. The breakfast was very good. I would stay there again.

The front desk man told me i had to wait until he got done making cookies and doing whatever else he was doing before i could check in. they had so much chlorine in the pool it turn my swimsuit a different color

Our room was a little dated but clean. Breakfast was included. It was a nice option but offerings were limited.

Convenient location

For a hotel with Radisson connected to it, I expected it to be much cleaner than it was. There was debris/ garbage on the floors when we checked and it was still there the next morning. In order to checkin we had touse a phone on the counter at the front desk to call for assistance.

Better than I expected based on the reviews. It is not a 5 star hotel but was a solid value for the price. Clean quiet room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast. Just don't go swimming - the pool and hot tub were gross

This is supposed to be a 3 star hotel?? The room smelled, the windows were open and wouldn't close, and the room was dirty. The area around the hotel seemed questionable, as in, I'm not sure if it was safe. We actually left after checking in to find another hotel to stay in.

All around a great stay. Staff were also friendly.

Property wasn’t the worst but also didn’t feel “nice.” Would expect it to be much less expensive for what it was. Pool and hot tub were not inviting AT ALL.

When i checked in all i had was my military id and the veterans picture id issued from DMV. I lost my drivers license the day before and needed to get a new one monday and the guy wouldnt let me check, even though i already paid online and had the card in my hand with my name on it. Told me that i could get my money back from expedia and that he didnt care about the other id's i had to have a drivers license they had no vac. As i walking out the little ass told two girls sitting in the waiting area that he had a room available now. I didnt buy room insurance because i was in the area for another day and i could walk there from other hotel i had been staying. So i slept in my truck because i didnt have enough money to buy another room somewhere else that had a vac if i could have found one lose. So needless to say i will never step foot in there again and have told everone i know on base what they did and how he acted over my gov id. I will just leave it there necause there is nothing nice to say at all

We booked what we thought was a suite - online it said a seperate room. In reality it was one long room with a 1/4 wall between front half and back halg. Ice machine on our floor was out of order. Old-style window AC with no thermostat.

Upon checking in the floor off the lobby was wet because of kids in and out of the pool. After checking in, with an hour there was excessive noise from the room above. I. Contacted the front desk but the noise continued for nearly two more hours. The bathroom was the worst part. There was black mold in the shower and long strands of hair on the toilet. Never again.

My wife is suffering from breast cancer are beans wasn't made two days in a row I had to go to the office to have them tell them to make our beds up we also had to let the maids know did not come until 10:30 in the morning none of them spoke English and I was told by the office that I should have came to them because they made don't speak English that is not our problem it should be able to speak English as well as well as the language that they speak so I was not happy with our stay
