This Sheraton is old and dirty with a lot mucks in the Bathroom. The mall coress the street is old and dead. Never go back

So we check in around 10 pm and one of the rooms where real smells humid and has water drops coming from the AC in the dressing room. We asked for changing the room, so this has not been taking seriously, so I needed to step down and re ask the receptionist for that. Funny enough she wanted me to provide pictures proving that. Then room changed to a different floor, so now my kids are 10 floors away, as they claimed no available rooms in the same floor. I accepted as I had no other option, we moved to the other room and it smells terrible, seems it had been left with no AC for long days. My wife decided to go and have a fight with took a plenty of time with some anger level, then we secured a room for the kids 4 floors away which was decent.
Upon check out we asked for bell boy to help with the language but never came, so I had to take everything down myself, when I saw the bell boy down hr apologized claiming that he is so busy.
Very low quality hotel and super old, can’t be considered as Sheraton, though the location is awesome and very close to everything. Will never repeat.

There not a lot of check in counter. I was told that the hotel staff will call when the room was ready but there is no call till 345pm where I have to go to the counter to check for my room.

The hotel in its self was very beautiful but on arrival we were scheduled to check in at 1500 but due to system errors we were made to wait almost two hours after our scheduled check in time which was very frustrating and there were not enough attendance at the front counter to support checking in personnel it was a very big back up

If you want to ruin your trip, I recommend this hotel. we experience big flooding from ceiling in middle of night 3am, and even though we called front nobody came, we had to wake up and went down and packed our luggage and changed the room it was 4am, and when we asked them about refund, they said contact Expedia first so we had to deal with that in early morning couldn't sleep at all, ruined the next day plan and also had to drive high way with super tiredness for 3hours. and now they ignore my email, doesn't care customer safety and inconvenience. please imagine when you are sleeping the ceiling falls down with big dirty water. They even don't care maintenance for old facilities. 5stars hotel??? haha no way

Every one of the staff I interacted with were excellent. All were help full, polite, and happy pleasant people. I cannot think of anything I did not like.

Check in and out is very slow, rooms are big but bathroom is old, broken sink glue together , ants running around, shower room floor is very slippery with no handles to hold on if you fall, only provide one face towel and one medium towel every day but three bath towels, food in the executive lounge is very bad, not fresh! I would rate it a three star hotel! Public bathroom in the lobby is very dirty!

Wonderful lobby area that is breathtaking to behold.
The rooms are very large ... however this is an old property and this is noticeable in the rooms that could do with a makeover.
However the lobby area is exceptional. And makes up for everything.

There were only two staffs at the lobby so we had to wait more than 30mins to check in on the arrive day.
A hotel staff told us a lie that they didn't have any Non smoking twin room and she was trying to give us Smoking room instead.
(We booked 3rooms)
We hate the smell of smoking so we refused her offer.
After we showed her our confirmation mail which was sent from the hotel, she gave up and finally she gave us 3 Non smoking rooms.
It was obviously she told a lie.Because
she could give us 3rooms-Non smoking-.
The hotel itself was OK,but we were disappointed with her attitude very much.

We had booked a king room and received a smoking room. The reception said they will change our room the next day but they didn’t have any non-smoking room even tho we reserved one and prepaid for it. We spent 6 days in a smoking room with a terrible smell that bothered us throughout our stay. At times we will go down to the mall across the street to spend time. The staff was very friendly but I will not be returning here next year

Had a fabulous stay. Booked the club room which gives access to club lounge which provides snacks, drinks throughout the day and cocktails in the evening. The breakfast buffet is the best I've seen with an international selection. The pool area is lovely and very relaxing considering we were in the middle of a city. Easy access to transport. Would suggest get the Grab app which is a cost effective way to get around

This is our first trip to Malaysia and after this experience this will be our last trip. This experience has definitely put me off coming back. I booked 2 rooms in March 2023 for December 2023 and requested rooms to be next to each other because we're travelling with our children. The Hotel failed to acknowledge our request and we only found out when we arrived at the hotel. We had to wait a long time at the lobby. This hotel staff is very unwelcoming. The staff at the reception offered us 2 rooms in different floors, which is not suitable having the children on another floor. Other option given was rooms in the same floor but it is smoking room. The whole floor and the room smelling like an ashtray. The deco, bathroom and staff is nothing like a 5 star hotel.
Sheraton Imperial Hotel as a 5 star is misleading.
Ive witnessed how staff treat (bum lick) other communities (non Asian). Maybe thats how they are.

I love to stay this hotel due to the location.
However it was disappointing during this trip.
I booked a room for three (3) persons however only two (2) towels & slippers were prepared.
The lever of the toilet was broken.
I requested a stuff to rectify them however he didn't.
Therefore I remined another stuff of these.

Had a wonderful stay at Sheraton for my mum's birthday - they even surprised her with a slice of cake when we ordered room service.
Room service food was a bit of a letdown (the steak and lamb chops were under seasoned and quite tasteless) but breakfast buffet was wonderful.
Would definitely come back for the service and comfort provided.

It was a sub-par Sheraton, it did its job for our over night stay in KL before heading to our final destination. The front lobby is pretty grand, rooms are decent in the Club level but service needs improvement. From check in to food service.
