The stay was good. The only complaint was people smoking at front entrance.

Well… it was a stay. Location great, bed was soft. Felt like a safe area. Nice restaurants around. Easy access. But there were some beer cans behind the chair, toothbrush and combs behind the TV, a lot of hair in the shower, and a power surge took out our laptop. Nice people though.

The Staff were friendly and pleasant. Suggesting a nearer exit for my use (due to my disability), Smokers were seated on the steps blocking egress. I had to walk the longer way to parking. On my return both entrances had smokers by the doors, It made breathing difficult (Severe Asthma)
If you had some seating to provide for these guests It would be pleasant for all.

Standard extended stay. Quite run down. In dire need of a renovation. Water smelled funny. Pillows where sub par. Staff were excellent though.

Booked for 1 night 8/1/24 Got to the room and tried to get settled in. Tried the tv - no luck. Lights beside the bed wouldn't tun on, and the "main" light by the door flickered so bright when I turned it on I felt like I was in a game show. I went to the front desk to ask if I could switch rooms and was told, "We don't have any other rooms available and since you told us about these issues, we won't charge you a damage fee?"
Excuse me? I won't "be charged a damage fee" for things that weren't working (probably) before I arrived.
What a great way to unwind after a long day of flying!
Only good thing about this place - I had a bed to sleep in and a roof over my head. The $150 I paid for this was not worth it. I have videos to show the issues the room had but Hotels only allows photos.

We had a confirmed reservation, but the hotel didn’t honor it. They said they were overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. They said we had to contact Expedia. They said Expedia should have notified us and moved us elsewhere. We contacted Expedia, but they weren’t able to help us. We couldn’t find another hotel. We had to drive home, arriving at 2:30a.m. Very disappointing.

They should explain that they have a very limited breakfast in the morning. You open a cupboard and they have muffins and breakfast bar.

I liked nothing about this property, it was very dirty, smelled horribly. The bed had hair and lint in the sheets and the sheets appeared stained. I checked out, did not stay there and requested a refund. I have not yet received that refund.

Staff very friendly and courteous! Room was clean and comfortable. Didn't like ke that there wasn't an ice machine. Eat and go breakfast was horrible.

This property is housing homeless people. Did not feel safe from the moment we pulled into the parking lot.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed. So dirty, sheets were clean and shower was hot. The hotel was just dirty, trash all over outside. Was not cheap either. We couldn’t wait to get out of there. I’m not one to complain, that is how bad this place is!

Hotel staff was very friendly at check in. There locstion is bery east to get to and convenient. Lots of different restaurants and choices for food as well.

Little outdated but no complains. AC works, no funny smells. Breakfast is a joke, grab a coffee with protein bar and good to go. Or they have muffins as well, this pretty much it.

This was a great location & stay for weekend trip to Reds Game. The service was great & the room very clean. The area around this hotel was good, lots of restaurants & shopping close by. I will definitely stay here again.

Our room smelled like an old pet shop filled with wet dogs. Front desk promised a room that was NOT given to guests with pets.
After entering a room, we knew immediately that was not true. I returned to the front desk and the employee just said, "that's not a pet room, the smell must be because it just rained." The smell was overpowering. Guests without pets can smell that in a heartbeat, so stop offereing rooms that are "pet free".

The AC system wasn’t working properly, the air wasn’t circulating and the room felt stuffy all night. The grab and go breakfast was a stale muffin, an old granola bar and coffee. The only staff person at the counter was stressed out, loudly yelling at someone on the phone then rushing around doing everything else, but attending to guests.

The room was clean and comfortable. We were traveling with our puppy for the first time and the staff was helpful and kind. I appreciate the full size fridge in the room because we were also traveling with two teenagers- we had snack and drinks from a cooler we stored in there overnight for the remainder of our trip the next day. The hotel is close to the highway with easy access to an on ramp. There is a grocery store close, that opens at 6am, which is great for early traveling. My only complaint is the two beds were only full size and a bit of a squeeze for my husband and I. The two teenagers barely fit in theirs also. Other than that, for the price point, it was a great stay.

My two night stay was perfect except for two things. The carpet was old and brownish color so I couldn't tell if it was clean. Second, my room faced I-75 and traffic noise was ever-present, delaying the time I fell asleep.

There was supposed be a “grab and go” breakfast put out at 6am. I left at 6;30am and nothing was put out.
