I originally booked this hotel because of the amenities in the room and the price. When i arrived, there’s a sign at the front desk that said “no refunds after 15 minutes”. I was told the elevator was down, so I had to take the stairs to my room. Entering the room, there was an overpowering smell of bleach. The sofa was stained and several different shades of purple. The A/C unit had a mildew smell coming from it, and when I pulled the fitted sheet back, there was no mattress cover and the mattress was dirty. I was in the room for about 2 minutes before I gathered my things and walked back to the front desk for a refund, which they did graciously. They offered another room, but I had seen all that I needed to see. I didn’t even make it into the bathroom.

Rented two rooms, one had cockroaches in it preventing my friends from sleeping. TV wouldn’t turn off, had to unplug it. Towels were old, worn and dirty(body hair on one of them. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where towels were not white.Bed sheets had stains on them. People sat in hallway in the middle of the night watching shows on their phones. Will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

You get what you pay for. Outside looks great but the interior could use some work. Room was ok clean, phone was broken, remote had duct tape to hold batteries in. Shower could use some fixing. Theres no breakfast so dont fall for that. I gave it a three for price and customer service but the rest not up to my standard. I probably will not be booking a room again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The property looks nothing like the picture. Soon as we turn in the parking lot, we immediately left. It’s unsafe. Drug activity in the parking lot in the open. I don’t care if it were free, don’t stay.

Rooms were dirty we cleaned ourselves, smelled like mold, second night came back to the room no one had even came into the room we had to go track down someone for clean towel, tv did not work, stains on the walls, when we checked in the attendant at the desk switched us from smoking to non smoking which I think was awesome for no extra charge after a booking mistake on my part

Clean and inexpensive, just a place to lay my head for the night.

It was very dirty and had no clean sheets . Every sheet we got from them was Holy and had burns and what appears to be pee stains or sun sort of yellow stains .. sofa bed was filthy and they had no sheets for it at all

The area was quiet even with the airport very close by. Room was outdated but suitable for a one night stay. Mirror at the head of the bed was sketchy, but not a 2 way. Breakfast was muffins, plain bagels and waffles, but sheetz just across the way. Good enough for a quick rest but dont expect much.

Well well..what can I say about this place?! We were there from 7p to 6am just before we flew out of the Richmond airport. It was an ok room. It DEFINITELY needs either a remodel or somesone to do some DEEP cleaning. We didn't find anything gross like others have. The room was clean for a quick stay but again needs a good remodel and scrubbing from head to toe. We only paid $66 cause we just needed a pillow to sleep on for a few hours. Would I stay here again? Only if I needed a cheap, quick 1 night stay. Otherwise I would find something else that I'm willing to put my hard earned money towards and be more comfortable staying longer.

For it being a smoke free establishment it smelled like marijuana as soon as you walked in. It felt like you got a contact high as soon as you walked in. I waited for someone at the desk to show up for 20 mins before i could check in. Having 3 kids with me i wasn’t happy about it. The bathroom was disgusting. And the room had a strong musty smell. It made me sick and i couldn’t sleep.

Staff was polite, room had a musty smell, damp carpet around the sink and refrigerator area, gym was being used for storage, elevator was broke, freezer in the refrigerator had limited space due to accumulation of ice. Overall I am very dissatisfied and left a day early due to all of these factors. I would not r commend this stay to anyone as I will not being using this hotel again.

it smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. their was a hole in the ceiling at the check in. the continental breakfast was horrible looking and dirty. we went to cracker barrel instead. the elevator was broken. the volume on the tv would come and go when we switched stations.

Property was extremely dated. Mold around tub. Rusted toilet paper holder and tissue holder. Cigarette burn marks all over Sind. Both hot and cold knobs were half missing. Extremely strong cigarette smell throughout. Elevator out of order.

Staff was friendly but lobby and halls had a horrible wet carpet mold smell. Leak in lobby ceiling left floor wet and slippery. Took hours to get clean towels after staff removed used towels. Only luke warm water in shower in evening. No hot water. Breakfast area was dirty, messy with food and cereal all over counters. Coffee was watery. Police were called for violent altercation in room next to mine. I could not leave my room until altercation ended in the hallway. Major interior renovation is needed, although exterior looked nice. I would never stay in this hotel again.

The hotel room was moldy smelling and unclean. The floor/carpet was soaking wet all around ac unit and I ended up realizing it when I stepped on it with my socks. Nothing good about this hotel at all. Should have paid more and stayed elsewhere. Would never recommend

Visited for 4 nights to attend a NASCAR race. Room was not well kept. Dirty bed sheets, old Oreos above our bed in the lights and mold in bathroom. No coffee maker in room. Breakfast was terrible. Waffle maker, cereal and bagels which were gone and not refilled when we asked for one. Hallways smelled of pot. Would not stay again.

Elevator not working.

It was horrible, dirty towels, tv didn't work, mold on the desk chair, phone didn't work, turn shower to hottest setting and it was barely warm.. the pictures on the site competition misrepresented the property..i would like a refund....

Property is nice but make sure that you ask if the elevator is working

We stayed here one night. There was no one to check us in when we arrived. After waiting 15 minutes we received a key to a room on the second floor but the non-smoking room smelled of smoke. We asked for another room and the clerk showed us a room on the first floor that was damp and smelled of mildew. We opted for a different room on the second floor which smelled a little better. The rooms all had stains on the bathroom fixtures. The elevator was out of order, and the lobby restroom was closed. The side door was unlocked. Morning breakfast consisted of coffee and cereal, bagels, muffins and waffles but there was waffle mix all over the counter. Wyndham should be ashamed.

All was as expected. Have not yet received a receipt and I need that as it.is a work expense.

It was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever spent in overnight. I would not refer anyone to staying at that particular Windham!

The picture on the website does not match the room. The place was so dirty, the hall way smell terrible, the elevator didn’t work we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. I couldn’t breathe on our way to the room. When we got to the room the sheets were ripped and had stains of blood in them. We had to go to the headset 7 eleven to get bleach wipes and air freshener it was so gross we didn’t even take a shower. Looks like a place homeless people and drug addiction come to stay for shelter. Sketchy people all over. literally ewwwww

this is a transient motel. it is not safe. it is filthy. the tvs do not work. and the staff is beyond rude.

The outside of the bldg was the only clean area of the hotel. They had towels on the floor in the lobby for a ceiling leak, mold in the ceiling of the eating area of the lobby. The hallways had dirty, worn and ripped carpet. Our room #134 was not cleaned Toilet had urine on the rim of the bowl, the tub was dirty with soap scum rings, shower curtain had burn stains, a/c had mold in the corners of the vents, and 2 mouse glue traps behind the bed. I had Management come to the room, he apologized and said "the hotel is old and we are understaffed I'm sorry". We tried to get another room but I was told they were fully booked. I have pictures of all these problems. My worst hotel visit ever.....

Our first impression was the smell of marijuana when we entered the front door. We were put in a handicapped room, which we didn't need, but we thought it's only for one night. There was no hot water the next morning when we went to take a shower and because it was a handicapped shower the water was all over the bathroom floor. The shower head was a hand held one which barely worked.. The one plus was the breakfast.
