The pictures on the website don't match what i was giving , dirty ,sink is clogged, everything is broken. A lot of drug addict hanging around the hotel. Breakfast sucks , overall very bad experience.

This is a no frills hotel. It was clean and comfortable but small room. Close to airport, a $20 dollar Uber ride

Loved it was actually a smoking room hated that the elevator was broken am disabled with a service dog and had to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs everytime i came and went the staff was helpful when needed although there was a language barrier was asked multiple times by people outside if i wanted to buy various types of drugs photos dont match property

Zero hot water, ants, roaches, incorrect room, room was dirty, and bad customer service. The manager was very rude!

Very friendly atmosphere. Older rooms Very well kept. Carpet needs replacing. Refurbished bathroom fixtures. New excellent air conditioner. Breakfast was very basic. Good quality coffee. Clean well kept lit well parking lot. Sign on elevator says out of order with cones blocking. I had a ground floor.

Its a budget hotel near to the airport. Get what you pay for. Semi clean, a little run down, clientele of the budget spectrum. But not terrible and not bad.

I requested a suite, however there was not a seating area but another bed. The television did not work. The curtains, linen and towels were dirty. I was unable to spend the night and immediately requested a refund.

I originally booked this hotel because of the amenities in the room and the price. When i arrived, there’s a sign at the front desk that said “no refunds after 15 minutes”. I was told the elevator was down, so I had to take the stairs to my room. Entering the room, there was an overpowering smell of bleach. The sofa was stained and several different shades of purple. The A/C unit had a mildew smell coming from it, and when I pulled the fitted sheet back, there was no mattress cover and the mattress was dirty. I was in the room for about 2 minutes before I gathered my things and walked back to the front desk for a refund, which they did graciously. They offered another room, but I had seen all that I needed to see. I didn’t even make it into the bathroom.

Rented two rooms, one had cockroaches in it preventing my friends from sleeping. TV wouldn’t turn off, had to unplug it. Towels were old, worn and dirty(body hair on one of them. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where towels were not white.Bed sheets had stains on them. People sat in hallway in the middle of the night watching shows on their phones. Will never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone.

You get what you pay for. Outside looks great but the interior could use some work. Room was ok clean, phone was broken, remote had duct tape to hold batteries in. Shower could use some fixing. Theres no breakfast so dont fall for that. I gave it a three for price and customer service but the rest not up to my standard. I probably will not be booking a room again.

No hot water for a shower; ac was leaking and the rug was soaked and room smelled musty

DO NOT STAY HERE! The property looks nothing like the picture. Soon as we turn in the parking lot, we immediately left. It’s unsafe. Drug activity in the parking lot in the open. I don’t care if it were free, don’t stay.

Rooms were dirty we cleaned ourselves, smelled like mold, second night came back to the room no one had even came into the room we had to go track down someone for clean towel, tv did not work, stains on the walls, when we checked in the attendant at the desk switched us from smoking to non smoking which I think was awesome for no extra charge after a booking mistake on my part

Clean and inexpensive, just a place to lay my head for the night.

It was very dirty and had no clean sheets . Every sheet we got from them was Holy and had burns and what appears to be pee stains or sun sort of yellow stains .. sofa bed was filthy and they had no sheets for it at all

Very close to the airport. Convenient location. Affordable. Room was okay. Not updated. The faucet handles were missing on the sink, so it was difficult to turn in and off. The carpet was visibly dirty. One of the beds had a mildewy mattress cover under the sheets. The tray that the ice bucket was sitting on had obviously not been cleaned as it had dried sludge in the crevices. The sheets and towels were clean. I asked for a noon checkout (one hour later than usual checkout). I was told it would be okay; but apparently no one notified the rest if the staff as my door was knocked on 4 separate times BEFORE 11 AM. Asking if I was checking out. Really annoying. One woman was rude when I told her I had a noon checkout, and she returned with the front desk gentleman who had told me noon checkout was fine.

There was no one at the front desk. The placed looked unkempt and unsafe. As a female, I was absolutely scared for my safety. I was then told that the place houses individuals that are in drug rehabilitation 😩😩😩! I just left my money in the table for my safety.

You are paying for what you get, for me it was perfect! Keep in mind this isn’t a 5 star resort so you shouldn’t expect it.

The area was quiet even with the airport very close by. Room was outdated but suitable for a one night stay. Mirror at the head of the bed was sketchy, but not a 2 way. Breakfast was muffins, plain bagels and waffles, but sheetz just across the way. Good enough for a quick rest but dont expect much.

Bring your own sheets and blankets because all of theirs are dirty and stained.. I even found pubic hairs on the wash clothes and towels. The building looks good on the outside but the rooms are so dirty in the inside and the elevator has not been working for about 3 months now so prepare yourself to walk upstairs if your room is not on the first floor. I’d recommend finding another hotel before booking here.

Did not like the dirty carpet. Dirty towels thrown on outside of rooms. my first room ordered had broken phone. Customer service was accomodating

I originally booked a suite and when I got there, they told me the room that I booked wasn’t available and they had to put me in a completely different room and I would need to reach out to how I originally booked the room for a refund. The new room that I was given was barely sub par and they must of scraped the bottom of the barrel to give us that room. The elevator has been broken for some time and we had to carry all of our belongings up the stairs to get it to the room. The AC unit was disgusting with what looks like mold, and I’m now sick from staying in the room. When we first arrived the tv didn’t work. Went to call the front desk and the phone was not hooked up (which is normal to them and you would need to call the hotel from your cell phone to talk to them). The front desk came up and had to “unlock” the tv to get it to work. The handles for the sink were broken off and missing, the tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and the tub was disgusting. Every time the maids came into the room it locked out or card and we would had to go downstairs to get the card activated again. The sheets were never changed for our entire stay and we were never given new towels and when we asked for more we were met with nothing but an attitude and were told they can’t do that. So not exactly sure what the maids were doing when they came into the room when nothing was done when they were in there. Not to mention the roaches that were there. All out bad experience, stay far away!

Had fleas, no water pressure they wouldn’t fix so I went and got tools and fixed myself. The rooms were dirty and told them about it and they seemed to now care. My night I got there I think was like 10 police cars sitting outside due to illegal immigrants with drugs and sex trafficking. Definitely wouldn’t be a place I would stay.

Well well..what can I say about this place?! We were there from 7p to 6am just before we flew out of the Richmond airport. It was an ok room. It DEFINITELY needs either a remodel or somesone to do some DEEP cleaning. We didn't find anything gross like others have. The room was clean for a quick stay but again needs a good remodel and scrubbing from head to toe. We only paid $66 cause we just needed a pillow to sleep on for a few hours. Would I stay here again? Only if I needed a cheap, quick 1 night stay. Otherwise I would find something else that I'm willing to put my hard earned money towards and be more comfortable staying longer.

Best staff so far that understood my situation.

I would definitely come back if the elevator was working I have asthma so three flights of stairs was a bit hard on me
