Mould grown on toilet , a lots of women hair on the bath towel hand towel even bed sheet. To my surprise, housekeeping staff using towels to dry up the toilet bowl n floor without cleaning the floor with chemicals, no vacuuming at all…. Not coming back unless it is necessary, despite i have checked in more than 10 nights for past month. Bed size changed but didn't admit, i have been staying in 1509 many times so dont tell ur front desk staff no bed was changed, making front desk staff looks bad with wrong info! The only things keep me repeating coming back is ur front desk staff!

Carpet not vacuum. Dirty stain towels, bathroom start growing mold as well as the shower curtain. Bed still not the same size, my leg was tangling if i lay horizontally. Water pressure been adjusted to low at feet washing tap…. The toilet seat moving not fixed 2 different stay. Long women hair found on all bath towel handtowel Luckily Air cond good

Felt cheated . Book n paid for king/ queen bed but given super single. I have stayed 1509 many times but this time they changed the bed size to smaller! Not worth for the price paid. Will check in again this coming week , hope the correct bed size is back. Reported to front desk.

I like that the hotel staff are very friendly. We arrived 12 pm and they allowed us to check in early as there are available clean room. Hotel manager told us they will give the room as long as available and not ask customers to wait till 3pm. Highly recommended as hotel is ideally located too.

Far below my expectations

Despite a smoking floor, but the room i stayed in without any trace of smoke nor cigarette smell. Great job to Somir the housekeeping staff always exceed my expectation on room Cleanliness. I will be keep coming. The ONLY problem i face is the water pressure in 1509, the standing shower is not strong as 1209 as well as the feet washing tap. I coming back soon.

First day - room carpet, bed, curtain chairs , table dirty with dust, beverage and food stains, bathroom wall n floor gaps filled with mold n grime, barh towel with brown color stain n heavily frayed. Second day - Rooms attendant Somir done a very good job on cleaning the room. Air cond fan is slow Front office staffs as usually never stop attending to u with a big smile n attentive. All above is the Capitol deluxe room

Just in front of low yat plaza. Very convenient.

Hotel Capitol located at the Bukit Bintang area, very easy to access, mrt station nearby, lots of good food and shopping malls around in walking distance, had a great year end count down there. 👍

Room 1309 , standing shower area with lots of fungus n mould, carpet very dirty and sticky. But good water pressure. 1505 is still the best room i ever stay eventhough it is a smoking room but no smell at all commented by me as a asthmatic patience. Great reception service - the young lady checked me in is very passionate and helpful. Same to the lady checked me out. See u guys again in coming week

Near MRT station and lots of places nearby for food.

The most dirty room I’ve ever been. Stains and dust all over the carpet. I found hairs and hairs and hairs on bathroom’s floor. Hair dryer didn’t work, fridge was too old. They need a major maintenance asap. Very noisy at night even I stay at 12th floor still hear everything from the street.

Room wasn’t in a good clean. There are so many hair (short, long and eye lashes) all over bathroom’s floor. Carpet is too much dirt and full of stains. They don’t vacuum or clean it properly after guest.

The hotel is located well for all the things we needed. Clean, comfortable room with good facilities. Only downside was the noise from the lifts which was quite noticeable.

Very nice staff. Need to update connectivity options for charging devices in rooms. Also clean toilets and showers more thoroughly. We could hear the elevator from the bedroom.

Second time staying at this hotel. Decided to stay here again as we were attending a concert at sungei wang and the hotel is just beside it. Hotel is old but works fine. Was given a smoking room as no non smoking was available but thankfully the smell wasnt too strong. We could hear the lift going up and down even thou our room was at the corner. We could hear the street noises as it was a lively street with buskers and food vendors. They stop around 1am daily. Will recommend light sleepers to bring ear plugs. Room was somewhat clean but as the hotel is very old, the carpet is dirty and no room slippers were provided. The toilet was clean and big. Will reccomend this hotel for non fussy people because as mentioned, it is old but still functioning well.

Safe box in the room was not working , lift button 'G' got problem pressing . Saw the images in Google the hotel there is a swimming pool , but the staff told me that the hotel aren't any pool . The receptionist were friendly so does the security guards. Overall is a pleasant stay in the hotel .

Hotel is cheap and near main shopping area in Bukit Bintang and Berjaya Times Square

The hotel is right in the centre of KL with everything either with in a short walk or there are lots of public transport options if you are going further a field.

Stayed many times before but this is the first time since covid. All looking a bit tired

Hotel CaPitol was a nice hotel, centrally located not too far walking from Petronius towers. Room was comfortable, great view from 17th floor room. Front desk staff was very helpful in arranging transportation while there and back to the airport. Bathroom in hotels have Venetian blinds as do room windows. Lots of neon signs outside created blinking lights in the room, not a major issue.

Hotel is conveniently located to shopping malls and food places - all within walking distance. So overall was okay except that the guest next door was very noisy

After reading the reviews we were excited to be staying at the Hotel Capitol in Kuala Lumpur. We booked a premium room for a treat. Well this place is a dump. Check in was slow. Only one staff member was checking people in. Took 30 min and we were second in line. Room on the 18th floor. The View was excellent. The room itself was very dated. The carpet was so dirty that you could see paths where people walked. Behind the door was a thick layer of dirt, lint, just filth. The door to the room had a 1.5" gap under the door. Black mold on the floor moldings. You could feel the springs in the bed. Layer of dust on everything. One plug in for the whole room. It was nothing like presented in the pictures. The toilet wouldn't flush. So we went to the front desk since the in-room phone has no numbers on the buttons. The girl at the front desk tried to explain to us how to flush it. Really? She said she will send someone up to show us how to use it! A guy came up and yup it doesn't flush. He spent half an hour to get it to sort of flush. The whole hotel has a real musty smell. Looks like it was built in the 70's and hasn't been updated at all. Old wood paneling. The building would be condemned in western county. The fire sprinkler heads are mostly busted off. No maintenance at all. The elevator button didn't work for the first day. You had to wait for someone to get off at your floor so you could go back down. Or take the stairs to the next level to push
