An older hotel but pretty nice overall.

The staff was friendly and helpful and accommodating. The elevator was down which we didn't mind but they helpful rearranging rooms. The gym that was offered was absolutely nothing to brag about with 1 working treadmill, an outdated elliptical, and 1 connector bar on cable machines. Indoor pool is kept at room temp and felt great.

The person at the front desk was so kind and had made homemade cookies for the lobby. They upgraded our room at no additional cost. Room was large and comfortable. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in.

Average stay. Place doesn’t have cribs or pack n plays as advertised which was disappointing when we showed up with 2 babies. I tried calling about 5 times prior to check in to ask for a crib to be set up but phone was never answered. Floor was dirty and there was what looked like diahrea streaked on the wall behind the toilet paper holder. The guy at check in was nice but wearing sweatpants and a t shirt which a cartoon character on it. Breakfast was under average. Would not stay again

Our stay at Country Inn was nice the room was very spacious and the bed was nice. Breakfast was good also. It was close to Chattanooga, Chickamauga National Battlefield and also to Cloudland Canyon State Park. The only issues were that our room# 316 was across from the elevator so you could hear people coming and going AND the spotlight for the front of the build was shining directly into our room. The blackout curtains worked but the halo of light around the edges was bright. We would definitely stay there again- just ask for another room.

The bathroom needs to use some CLOROX to desinfect and clean, it was kind of smelly and there was some mildew in the bathtub caulking.

Nice area sits back in with convenience to food, grocery and fuel. The hotel was overall pretty clean, staff was nice just lacking room cleaning. We had to get our own towels, and take out our own garbage. The breakfast was good.

Loved the breakfast. Very clean dining room. Our room was very clean. Only complaint is the interstate noise, but by 2 a.m., its quiet enough.

Rooms had plenty of space. Beds were comfortable and everything worked well! Breakfast was really good also. Parking lot was good, but the landscaping and yardwork needs some attention. Dead plants, some overgrown weeds, Bubbling fountains in need of repair etc.

I booked a suite with a pull out sofa and 2 queen beds. The room did not have the sofa. Had another desk instead so we spent a horrible night trying to sleep 5 people. Room was not very clean. Sheets were clean but I feel like the floor hadn't been mopped in months. Breakfast was good though and the staff is very friendly

We had 2 rooms and were able to have them adjoining. The rooms were spacious and clean. Front desk staff night and morning were very nice and made check in/check out a good experience. The only bad thing we saw were the pullout sofa mattresses in BOTH rooms were extremely stained. The kids that were supposed to sleep on them had to sleep on the sofas without making them into beds.

The stay was comfortable and convenient for the price and location. It was a little dated and the lounge chair in the room, we had a suite, was on the nasty side and should probably just be chunked or at least washed. The pull out sofa was clean and the stay was comfortable. We would stay again for the price we paid, but we are not super picky either. Nice breakfast too.

I really like this hotel location, but the hallway carpets were really bad. Our room was nice and comfortable. The night desk person was really nice. Parking didn’t allow for a large vehicle.

Awful! Sonya at desk said we had no reservation amd that they did not honor hotels.com ones. She was rude and not helpful as we arrived at 10:30 PM after driving 15 hours. She was even rude to the hotels.com rep we phoned. Might have been a nice place, but couldn’t get passed Sonya who was absolutely terrible.

We are still deciding if we will even stay the night. We asked for an extra pillow for the pull out couch and were denied. We asked for a pillow case for the couch and a blanket and they said they had none. The pull out couch has springs you can feel through the mattress and we wanted a blanket to pad it but they stated none were available. The room smelled stale and like a mildewed floor cleaner and we sprayed with air freshener to try and cover it up. Overall we expected a cleaner location for the money and to at least have pillow cases and an extra blanket
