Pleasant stay overall. Staff accommodating and friendly.
Not much nearby, as far as food goes.
Probably best for business travel-clean room but really poorly lit.

Great and very friendly staff. Easy to stay with large dog. Only negative thing is the moldy shower. Seems like it has never been cleaned and was very surprising

Power had been out for over 24hrs before we arrived, no generator and no notice of the issue. Very poor handling of a bad situation.

After a long hectic week, I wanted a quiet home away from home stay. Just sleep and relaxation. My stay was all that!!! The room was super clean state of the art up grades a modern look and feel. Most importantly comfy bed.

This was a perfect hotel for an overnight stay before heading into a downtown Cleveland. I can even imagine staying at the Garden Hilton if one had business in the city and had your own transportation. Deb at the front desk was courteous and professional. Brandon picked us up from the airport and was also courteous and professional.
The beds were comfortable, the hotel has been recently renovated and very clean and pleasant.
Thanks to all the staff for a great stay.

The team working the front desk and in the lobby restaurant were excellent and loved their jobs because customers like me were taken care of in their roles. Great job everyone!

Currently I’m getting charged from them on my credit card and there shouldn’t be. We literally just stayed the night. Not happy with the unfriendly staff.
Not happy about not being able to leave your car until you return from vacation. Shuttle service available is kind of misleading. There were no signs about parking. Won’t be staying there again.

We were there just overnight to catch an early flight. The shuttle was greatly appreciated. All of the staff we encountered in our very short stay were very nice and professional. Our room was beautiful and clean. I will definitely stay here on my next visit.

The facility was nice, just a little dated. The staff was friendly and courteous. In all fairness, we only stayed a few hours and did not have time to enjoy any hotel amenities like the pool or exercise room. Also, nothing close by so feels kind of isolated.

Our room was nice and clean. I was surprised that housekeeping only comes every other day. I know many places will hold off on changing bedsheets or towels unless requested for environmental purposes, but it is nice to have the trash emptied and beds made daily. Just what we’ve been used to with other hotels. Otherwise everything was great.

The property is quite nice, excellent breakfast, reasonably priced. Room was clean and comfortable. Property has been under construction for years, perhaps it's ongoing?

Booked online for 2 double beds. When I got there, it was a room with a king bed. When I complained to the person at the desk, she said it was because Expedia will tell you anything to get you to book the room and that all the rooms with double beds had been booked "for months". She did offer to get a roll away put in the room, which was done. The bed was fairly comfortable. Coffee was always available and there was a good for breakfast to purchase, both buffet and continental.
