Well, it was nice. We had our water pump go out on our well at our house. We stayed at another hotel the first night with our furry babies and they were very nervous in the room not sure why. They generally are chill but our stay at thw Hilton they were comfy and relaxed which helped with my nights sleep

We were happy with the room with on exception. The blinds were automated and the black out blind controls didn’t work. We would have slept better with parking lot lights.

Came for a weekend getaway, we enjoyed everything. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. We loved that the pool and hot tub was open 24 hours. Definitely was nice coming back from a long afternoon of walking at Busch gardens and soaking in the hot tub. Staff was very friendly.

I came to stay for a business trip they were able to accommodate any need I had. The staff was friendly and helpful. Best hotel experience would say with them again. Breakfast was hot and amazing. Awesome experiences all around.

Quick weekend trip with our family. Staff was very friendly with our kids and pup. The suite was very clean and spacious. Will be coming back here in the future.

Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was just okay - better value eating off property or ordering delivery. Fitness center very small and the Peloton height adjustment screws are rusted in place, meaning unrideable (this was a key reason I chose this hotel.) Good location to W&M and Colonial Wburg.

Our stay was excellent I had to stay an extra day and this hotel staff and house keeping is more than professional
The breakfast and dinner were delicious and the room was very adequate and very comfortable for us and our kitty
Oh and the pool was the best I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but….. the bathroom didn’t have an AC vent in it….. when it’s hot, that makes it uncomfortable, but otherwise it was a nice stay.

The stay was very nice….but the three days that we were there, only one elevator worked and the pool area was way too hot. Other than that, the stay was very lovely.

Very helpful and informative Front desk staff, she explained all the services and hours of operations when i checked in. She also offered to add the HH points. She was very helpful and eager to help resolve the issue we had that the previous occupant ? left smell/order. Great to see they care the guests.

Would have been perfect but the elevator was out of service. To their credit, they called and gave me a chance to cancel my reservation before I checked in. The breakfast offered was much better than expected.

The elevator was out and people climbed up the stairs all night because we were on room number 102. The noise of the stairs prevented us from getting good rest for two nights.

The stay in itself was fine. The only issue we had was that our room was right under the HVAC units so the noise was irritating (when we checked in they weren’t running) and made it hard to sleep restfully. We were there for the night. When I told them the next morning at checkout, they did offer us free breakfast, which I appreciated.
