The lobby is beautiful but the rooms are very dated. The room wasn’t very clean. Breakfast's is not included which is our fault for not realizing but not ideal. It was hard to get extra towels and toilet paper brought to the room. We were very disappointed and would not stay there again.

My son lives close by and when I visit him this is the hotel of my choice. I have stayed here 3x's and the staff is always friendly and very accommodating. Will chose this hotel again for our next visit.

Great hotel by the airport. The staff was very nice.
There was no good coffee when I left for the airport at 6:00 am and that was disappointing. The coffee in the room was not strong enough, more like tea. Please bring bck your coffee service in the Lobby.

Room smelled of smoke. Bathroom floor dirty. Mildew/mold on bathroom ceiling. Huge nicks and chips out of cabinet that houses the refrigerator. Stains on the couch.

We had a wonderful one night stay at the Marriott Springfield. Stephanie was a gem. She helped us to check in early and did a great job arranging a room change. We loved the open area near check in - chairs were comfy and we were able to play games at the tables nearby. While waiting for our room, my husband was able to recline and watch tv on a comfortable slanted couch. All in all a great stay ( loved the fitness room with state of the art exercise equipment)

Both shuttle drivers were "top notch". Desk people were also very nice/ friendly.

Floor in the room was uneven and very noticable. Especially when getting to in the middle of the night in the dark.

This is a perfect overnight stay if you need to catch an early flight at Springfield-Branson National Airport. They provide 24 hour shuttle service and a parking area for a nominal fee.

Staff could not have been nicer. My room had an either dirty or very aged bathtub. Visible grime. Room smelled musty and like someone nearby was smoking. Sheets were clean, as were towels. A/C unit was noisy but it worked.

This hotel was really clean and had nice areas to lounge inside and out. The only downside was that we were given a room on the freeway side of the building. We slept well just the same though because the bed was comfortable and we were tired.

It was an extremely nice hotel with bar and cafe food available. I just wish I'd had more time to spend there. I had to come at 8 pm and leave at 7:30 am. I loved the shuttle and the driver of it. Got me to the airport in good time. Peaceful getaway, except by a nearby highway and you can hear the noise. I just turned on the TV and slept like a log.

Very nice hotel. Nice room. Had a water main leak while i was there. But was fixed without any big issues. No breakfast even tho slip in room card gave hours of breakfast. As much as room cost it would have been nice to actualy have a breakfast.

Kitchen was out of service and I was charged for two breakfast options, bed was hard the towels didn’t match the shower was stained and the carpet was torn and dirty.

Liked the location of property. It was in a quiet area and there was not a lot of traffic to get to the hotel. Room was nice and it was perfect for what we needed.

Hotel was very clean and nice. It was near the airport and shuttle service was efficient. The location is not near any place for a full meal and the hotel didn’t have breakfast until 6:30. We should have thought through that better because it wasn’t the hotel’s fault just something to consider.

My room was dirty, had dead flies all over the floor. Bath tub was dirty, the lock to the patio door was broken. I paid extra for breakfast with my room, and was informed when I went down for breakfast in the morning, there was not a cook.

We enjoyed our stay at Courtyard Marriott in Springfield. We have stayed in this hotel in the past. Our room was very comfortable and clean.
My only complaint, we were next to an exterior door on the first floor. We could hear the door opening and closing late in the evening and early morning. It disturbed my sleep.
