I was disappointed with the condition of my room (419) for my family. The bathroom door wouldn’t lock. The bottom of the tool was not clean and I was highly disappointed.

The room smelled like wet clothes/mildew. The bathroom was dirty, the shower was running and making noises.

We decided to take a trip to Jacksonville when our power went out after hurricane Debby. We booked this hotel because it offed a suite and wasn't too expensive. Our room was ok. The room was spacious for our family of four. The bed was comfortable. The couch in the room was terrible. It sank in the middle and cushions were torn. Also the room smelled musky. We could never get the temperature right. It was either freezing or hot. The outdoor pool was ok. The pool and the hot tub were in bad need of some TLC. The water was murky and paint was chipping all around the edges of the pool. Breakfast was ok. The breakfast room was crowded and hard to move around with lots of people there. There wasn't a lot of places to sit as a family. Overall it was an ok stay for one night but not a hotel I would be ready to say in again.

The front desk clerk named Erving was FABULOUS!! He TRULY made our stay very stress-free and pleasant!! Check-in was quick and hassle-free being that I had multiple rooms in my reservation. I had elderly parents with me and he assisted me with them. Erving was always so kind and ready to help, it was most defintely a BLESSING!!

Rooms were nice and staff were helpful. The breakfast was terrible. They ran out of forks and told me to eat my waffle with a spoon. The pillows were the crappiest pillows I’ve ever used!
